I just got a call from the same # 1-855-557-3003. I let it go to voicemail and they left a 4 second blank message. I've been getting a lot of those scam calls lately where they let it ring once and hang up, but this was different, it kept ringing. So idk??

they wont tell you who they are. Call the number back and ask for an address or company name they wont give it to you. I had 4 different people hang up on me including 1 "supervior". One of the women just stayed on the phone and gave me the silent treatment. The other woman Ally was her name transfered me to a so called superveisor and when I called back I got her again and she hung up on me. these people need to be fined for harrassment.

This number is from Midwest Management Company (so they claimed).  They repeatedly call and say they are asking for the previous owner of the number.

Midwest Management Company comes up in a Google search as Morrissey Hospitality Companies, a known restaurant management company in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and a company with which I have a relationship with (restaurant customer).

I can't confirm if this is who actually called, as when this company has called me before, their number and name was properly identified in my caller ID - my guess is that the person calling claiming they were from Midwest Management was spoofing.

I just received a call from this number, and they left a 4 second soundless message.

These clowns keep calling me but leave no voice message.  I called them back, unidentified, and asked what the business was.  I couldn't understand what she said 3 times (blah blah management).  I asked what type of business they were and all she kept saying was "it's a personal matter".  Wouldn't even divulge what type of business they do.

    Tired of scammers

This number calls me almost every week and never leaves a voicemail, and never identifies themselves. RED FLAG. I called them today because I'm sick of seeing their number come up. They answered "may I help you?"  I said "um, is this a company?"  She said "yes, what is your name?"   First off, you should identify this is a debt collector trying to collect a debt, then verify I am who you are looking for, then move on to $ amounts.   She immediately said I had a balance due to Health Partners for $700.  I do have a balance with HP, but it is roughly $350, and it's with a different collection company that is legit.  Somehow they are getting people's actual debt, and then trying to get money for the same debt. She demanded we secure a payment plan somehow, either by credit card or bank acct and routing #. Ha! Really??? Oh yes, let me give you those! haha  I said "I will do some research and if this debt is legit I will mail you $50 checks every 2 weeks, OK?" Which should be accepted as a fair payment plan. She said "no, the balance has to be secured somehow today". I said "I cannot do that, I will mail you a check if this is legit, and a payment plan schedule". She yelled at me and said "the balance is due in full today..." that's where I hung up.  Listen people! If you are being bullied and harrassed, you can hang up and be as rude as you want with these [***]. They are scum of the earth and deserve to do hard time for these scams. Stay alert and don't ever give your account #'s to anyone unless they mail you a statement in the usps mail with their letterhead! That's the law in MN, and that's how debt collection works. I feel better now.

I'm glad I read your post!
I get get calls from this number almost every day starting around 8am and going till almost 9pm. I've answered a few times and they've told me I owe money to the clinic (which I do) and try to get me to set something up. Every time I have asked them to please mail me something and I will be glad to pay. They never do.

Health Partners (and all other clinics ) have business offices that will set up a payment plan --- I can say that I am working on my 3rd one!  So - they will only send out to collections companies if you don't contact them to set one up....  I would NOT pay any collections company that will not EMAIL or FAX you a (1) copy of the bill / Statement  and a request for payment from them on THEIR LETTERHEAD.....it seems to be a game to see how many times they can intimidate a payment for the SAME BILLS.    If you have a clinic or hospital bill -   call the business office -   they would rather get $25 a month then nothing  =)

This is truly a reflection on HealthPartners However.....when I contacted member services regarding some  issues they said that many accounts have been compromised and mine was one of them! Great! So all above beware....there are scammers out there...they may have legit billing information regarding your account DO NOT PAY THEM!!! They will not make your bills go away!!! Not only will they not take care of your bill, they will take all your information and SELL IT!  Please don't give these dirty, slimy crooks the time of day and BLOCK their ever so annoying, ridiculous calls.

My 13 year old just got a phone and this number is calling HIM so obviously it is a spam type of call.  I have had hospital debt callers in the past and they identify themselves in the voicemail so this is NOT a legitimate number calling you.  It calls my son's phone constantly.  There has to be a way to block the number...

If your son has a smartphone, check in the app store for a call blocking app. Many are free. If it is an iPhone, it can block numbers by hitting the info button on the call then scrolling down and hitting reject.  You may still want a call blocking app since many can be configured with a whitelist of allowed numbers and only those will ring your son's phone.  Since this caller is using an 855 number, your cellphone provider may not block the number.
