Someone calling from this number is identified on a bank statement as "Broker" and fraudently debited the account of an elderly person for "discount coupons" not ordered to the tune of almost $250. Telemarketers who prey on the elderly should be drawn & quartered.

Was there any resolution? Were you able to reverse the debit to the account. It happened to my mother also. Sad these stupid preditors.

My mom had the same thing happened to her.  Charge on her Bank acct to broker....said it came from Access Care.
Call Access Care from the listing on line and they do not know who this is. She checked this site and told me that it may be a scam for elderly people.  I have talked to someone at this # once and they said they have a recording of my mom giving her info to them.  When asked to hear the recording, it will take 48 hrs to hear it. Never got that call back in 48 hrs.  Called and left messages twice........finally 5 days later got the call with the recording.  Asked to cancel....told to call this # back, he only takes care of the recordings........left another message.  I am beginning to think that I am getting the run around and the only reason they finally called with the recording, because I called the bank back and put in a claim against them.  My mom has dementia and does not remember giving anyone any of this info.  I just want her money back.

I forgot to say that when I take to the guy about the recording.....I told him that I called the # from the internet site of Access Care and they do not know anything about this.....and she looked up this # on line and told me about this site.   He said to look up access-care.net   I can not find anything with that mail address on it.

I just got my bank statement and had the same withdraw from my account. I tried calling and they told me that their office was closed and I should call back during regular business hours but did not say what their business hours were.  [***]!!!  I am going to my bank tomorrow to put in an unauthorized claim.  Don't know if I can get my money back or not.  Sure hope so.

My sister in law and brother in law were scammed by this same group for 250.00  what low lifes scamming 90 year old poor people.

This number called me 4 times in 5 mins.
