Chrysler Capital - Auto loan Lending company

Getting calls at least 3 times a week. Ask for someone else who gave my address as residence, but does not live there and never has, regarding an past due auto loan payment. Asked them to take my number off list but a different person will call he next time- I told them that person doesn't live here. Told them I was going to report them to FCC and other authorities. They calls have gone to once a week. Still annoying!!

Who ever these guys are, they obviously are fishing for someone with the same last name in hopes they will answer the phone. Probably a collections agency .Caller will not say who they are with.

Scam for SSI numbers or whatever else they can get. Very forceful and no apology 'this is a debt and You owe us! so give us your information and pay or we will ripuoff and ruin your credit rating.

I recently purchased a new Chrysler auto, so, I imagine that's why they called me. I would have answered if the caller ID had showed "Chrysler" rather than just a toll-free number.

Hmmm, I put in for an auto insurance quote and I do own a Chrysler. That same day my phone was flooded with calls My mistakke on trying to compare prices online.  

This number is for car loans  / Chrysler Capital | Auto Finance Solutions. I own my car so I know this call isnt for me. Yes, I did answer the call and was told to wait for someone to get on the line..(yeah right). I blocked their number so it goes straight to voice mail but I still receive 2-3 calls per day from them.  

Called the number back..."Welcome to Chrysler Credit".....CLICK....If the want to talk to me, then show something other than 800 service on caller ID. Yes, I recently bought a car and financed through them...but still refuse to answer any call that does not have proper ID

I get 2-3 calls everyday and I will not answer them. I do not own a Chrysler and never have. I have excellent credit so it can not be that. I just want to be left off the list so they stop calling.

Same here; I just purchased a new vehicle about 2 weeks ago so I'm assuming that's why I was getting a phone call but I don't answer calls that I'm unsure who they are; they should have the caller ID showing "Chrysler" because I never answer toll-free numbers.

It's Chrysler Financial. If you purchased a new or used Chrysler (or Dodge or Jeep) and finances through them, they'll call you to verify your address and phone number. They'll also give you the rundown on how to make payments and will answer any questions you have about the loan. My wife and I bought a new '14 Cherokee 3 weeks ago and this was them touching base with us. It's not a phishing scam and they're not trying to steal your identity.

It's amazing what you can find out about a toll-free number if you just answer the phone.

Also note, if you have a loan with them and you're late, this is the same number that will call. Make your payments on time, or better yet, finance something you can actually afford and collection calls won't happen...imagine that!

Maybe you should answer the call and tell them to stop calling. Register at www.donotcall.gov and if they keep calling, report them at www.fcc.gov.

Or just keep your head in the sand and wish it all to go away.

For some reason, this number has been calling my phone approximately once every 2 weeks.  My wife bought a Chrysler vehicle about 5 years ago and it is completely paid off.  Has been paid off for over a year.  I have never answered the phone and just delete the calls.  To be honest, I never answer my cell phone unless it's someone in my contact list.

They keep call I g for someone else like a list of names I do not own a car never had told them. To stop calling me and they still do

i do not own a car let alone have a car loan or any loan for that matter...i have asked repeatedly to put me on the do not call list...so annoying

I also am getting calls for the wrong person ect.  I do not wish to get this phone call either.

This phone number had been calling me asking for someone that doesn't live at my residence. Calling 3 times a day leaving messages.

Calls For The Guy Who Use To Live Across The Street Who Gave My Name As A Reference Who I Never Talked To The Whole Time He Lived There If The Keep Calling I Will Contact My Attorney And Sue Their You Know What
