Got a call on my cell phone from an unknown number telling me that papers were going to be served at my home address tomorrow or day after tomorrow and to call 855-568-8431 to confirm I would be home. I was given a reference number to se when I called.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME......  I questioned them and got a case #, and they said HSBC Bank had filed a claim.... that I had thousands of dollars owed form a delinquent account.  I have never had an account with HSBC and have never never  had a credit card.... I called the bank... they have no account with me.. nor do they have any info about me.... I called these guys back up... they sound convincing... I told them I wanted to speak to your fraud department.... they put me on hold.. they came back said they will take my # have have an agent call back... they are all busy now....   LOL

This company claim to be Moorse ( or something similar) called and said they have two case against me. It turns out, they just threaten me. I had my lawyer look into it, and stop the call.

Just got a call from this number. Identified themselves as Morris legal services. Said they had a reference number and several attempts had been made to contact me (not). First time I've heard from them. Said I had until today to call n make arrangements to sign docs. Never said who the docs were from or what they were. Called my attorney who said it sounded like a scam. Looked them up on the internet...no such company.
