i rec'd a message from the above at my job number stating that I owe money and they are filing papers against me and serve me papers, but don't know who this is all i got was a guy name steven and he is calling from a law firm, when i tried calling back it says thanks for calling please enter ext.

These are worthless people who call to try and intimidate hard working people they are SCAMMERS DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY TELL THEM YOU ARE REPORTING THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND YOU LOCAL POLICE.. Check your credit report because they do have your info only because they hacked into a website you have used your info on but dont let them scare you just laugh at them or just dont answere the call they are FULL OF [***] and have nothing better to do then try to scare you.

Just received a message from a woman saying that she was calling from the law firm....never said which one and then said call me back before the police arrest you and your employer WTF????
I wish they would try and come to my job. Corporate Security is on point!!!! lol Losers!!!!

If you have call forwarding features (like on Verizon Digital Voice), than forward this jerk to 717-338-2533.  That's the FCC Director's office phone.  Maybe the FCC will finally do their job when they start getting the annoying calls.

I received a call at my work today from 855-569-5936.  Some lady said her name was Veronica (could not really understand her) thick accent.  Said to call her back on 646-369-1369...this is getting so old, what is up with all these calls for people.  They don't even ask for the correct person and then if you did call them back they won't tell you anything...just want to yell at you.  This is stupid

I just recieved a call from a LISA (NOT AMERICAN-BARELY SPEAKING ENGLISH) saying my account is with them, that harm will come to me and my family. There are many scams going on right now. She called from an 850-569-5936 x306......The number called my cell 4 times in a row no message then called my job 3 times and left a message.

These scammers have been calling me for about a yr. It

next time they call I will tell them to call my local P.D.
The next call I make will be to The Attorney General's Office
In my home state. I hardly think the cops need people who
can barely speak English to help them look for me.

They claim to be a law office that is going to file papers against you they always ask for your attorneys phone number. They claim they are taking you to court for a debt you owe but I do not owe any money and have never heard of them. They are common scammers who do not stop calling. I have filed my first complaint today and will continue to as many times as they call.

They keep calling my  house as well as my job.  I told them to do what they had to do because I didn't know who they were.

I got the same call from a woman name Lisa Rome.. She stated that they will take me and my custody to court if i don't return my phone call..They said they were a law firm but never indicated the name of the company....They know all my information! Is this a damn scam?

I got the same call form a lady name Lisa Rome and her return number is 855 569 5963 ext 306.... is this a scam? she didn't even indicate which law firm she is from and saying all the information about me thru voicemail!

They tried to get money out of me by saying I will going to jail for ten years, I sent them money Western Union but stopped the payment. I called the police and reported them. Who only gives out there first name when they call and they don't tell you what law office they are calling from. I talk to three differnt people and not one of the you could understand. Do not answer there calls.

Well this 855-596-5936 and they told me they will be at my house to pick me up I never done a crime any where what is wrong with these people and they has my last four of my ssn some one need to do something about this I am not sending or giving anyone any money.This is a crime the things they are doing .

This tina mendes called from 855-596-5936 ext. 308 and used profane language and called my cell number and job number multiple times. She asked multiple times to speak to my manager and stated she would get me fired. She also threanted me to hurt me physically because she knows where I work and live. All I could do was laugh and hang up on her. Eventually she got tired and didn't call back. I filed a complaint with the FTC immediately. Don't give in and just hang up on them. I glad to know they are scammers.

They called me again and I told them the police would like to talk with them . I also told them that there was a warrent out for them. Then he hang the phone up and has not called back since.

Barbara, I'm going to take your idea and tell them that I contacted the authorities.  These [***] called me 7  times in a row, and tried to get me to "Western Union" $720 for some debt that I don't owe, explaining that they will send the authorities to my house and have me arrested in 30 mins... Arrest me then!

This guy called from 2 different numbers today 855-569-5936 and 1-877-791-6539 he has a thick accent hardly understands english was threatening me with a lawsuit I told him that I knew this was a scam he said that it was not a scam and asked me how i knew it was not a scam and i told him that you cannot threaten to lock people up for a supposed debt , he told me to go to a website tube8.com and he would hang on the line I was not in front of the computer but I told him I was forwarding all this info to the FBI because I knew it was a scamand he yelled at me and told me to s... his .... and hung up

I received a call from the same number saying that I got a loan and I never paid them back they said they was goin to sue me and all that its just a scam and it was a india man

Got the same type of call from a man with a heavy accent today, first called my work leaving a message that it was an urgent law case, I called back on my cell and tried to figure out what was going on.  I knew it was a scam when they told me I owed $10,000 and I would be arrested in ten minutes if I didn't pay.  I had a teacher (I work in a preschool) talk to them and she told them my lawyer would be in touch, and of course, the guy was like, no don't worry about it and hung up.
