Got a call from this number and they leave a blank message.  Anyone know who it is?

Keep getting calls from this number, followed by a split-second voice message.  The call cuts just as you hear the voice message.

Wondering if anyone knows who that is???

I just call the number back and it a collection agency...

It's a computer generated collection agency. They're looking for a relative that died almost 2 years ago, for medical bills of the cancer that killed him.

I received a call from this number and the display said "ASAP Locksmith".  I seldom answer if I don't know who it is, but answered anyway.  It was a young guy who greeted me by name and said he was with "Ohio Cops for Kids", I have no doubt this is a scam.  I know Cops for Kids is a valid program, but I doubt they would mask their phone number when calling for donations.  Also, this number doesn't appear on their website.  It appears the scammers are just using their name to try and get donations.
