    The CallerID says "Unavailable", however the call is from "Inovalon", a divsion of the health care provider Independence Blue Cross.
    I have mentioned to them a few times over the past 2 years that my phone blocks calls with an unknown CallerID.  Fortunately I recognize their number.
    A legitimate business should use a descriptive CallerID.

    Where, on the Inlovation site, do they claim to be " a divsion of the health care provider Independence Blue Cross"?

    Also, Inlovation seems to deal with providers who want data analyses ... not patients or recipients of medical care.

    In addition, I can't easily find that 855 number on the Inovation site, so how did you "recognize their number"?
