Some lady keeps calling. She's so annoying. It sounds like she has a Filipino accent.

I also, got a call from these people yesterday 3/18/15 first of all.....By Law when a collector calls they need to verify us using 2 forms of identification, give us the Mini Miranda, Tell us that call is being recorded and get our permission to record. Which this this Lady  didnt do until she had disclosed what the phone call was about gave out all information. She had a strong accent and By law any first comm they have with a consumer needs to be in English....by the time se figured my name assumed she can talk to me in spanish. First Violation Didnt verify who i was because i didnt say it was my birthday, gave me mimi miranda till mid call, didnt say OK to record call and was very arguementative and didnt sent any notification to my residence which i have a  30 day validation to see what i can do to resolve this debt.... VIOLATIONS ,VIOLATIONS ohhh they are gonna hear from an ATTY.

They send me texts from this number 323-561-7889 almost every day telling me I have to pay $ 88 dollars for an unpaid phone bill but I call to the company and they say I don't own anything. This is the text I get.

This is the message I receive every Tuesday for the past 6 months from different numbers each time, I block each number as it comes up. Most recent one was +17472489117

They have called me every 3 months saying I owe money.  The text came from 747-248-8077 asking me to call 855-598-9988 ref# 1006629 ext. 300 rep de cobros. Info se usara para cobrar una cuenta pendiente. Dejenos ayudarle.  They will ask you for your social security. DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!!

I just called them. They knew who I was and was trying to say they were calling for a Fernando who happens to have the same reference number 1006629 for collections. I asked them why they texted me and asking me by name. They hung up on me. This is a huge scam.  I also called the 747-248-2077 and the same person who answered has a voicemail to call 855-598-9988. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!! I will report them.
