Called twice, no message.

called my home number today, asked for husband, who was working until 9p. said she would call back when i told her
good luck with that he works until after 9pm. Not only that mispronounced last name badly. caller id stated that it was 800service. when i called back to see who it was, they answered the phone as GCS. still mispronounced last name, and i told them it was illegal to block their company name, which she just answered ahuh. would not correct the last name pronounciation. I believe that they are a collection agency. Caller hung up.

called again twice yesterday while we were at work despite telling them not to call tuesday. They not only called twice, but used another number as well as this one listed.....8006541208. when trying to find out who this was today, I asked
for their address and the rude guy on the phone with the 1208 number refused to give it to me without trying to get info from me, I have no dog in this fight. what he did was illegal according to the fair debt collection act. Trying cease letter so that it is not just my voice but also written , next action legal ie turning over to lawyer, bankruptcy court, putting them on notice with bbb and ftc. Again the caller id said 800 service on both numbers that called no company name.

Someone at 855-610-6131 calls a minimum of twice a day every day, including weekends, but never leaves a message (I always hit the "ignore" option on my phone).

called again, caller id said unavailable, male on the other line did not identify company name or his name, just asked for husband. Called number back and found out it was QCS. the male that spoke first said that it was a personal business matter.......right, you are a debt collector and from other posts not a reputable one if you hide your number from caller id.  When i called back i asked the woman who answered to take my number off their calling list. After i sent a letter to them late last week.

i know that my husband may owe the money, however, we are considering bankruptcy as of now for starters and when he does have the money (as we are very strapped right now)  he will pay the company he owes directly not a second rate collection company.
