Said a locator was trying to locate me to serve me legal documents

Debt collection scam.  No legitimate process server calls you up and notifies you that you are going to be served.  Ignore these calls and block them.

Received call this morning.  Left a voice mail.  It was a recording - they have tried to reach me several times unsuccessfully and now if I don't contact them they will have the authority to confirm my home and business address about a legal matter.  Ended the call with "good luck".  Have no idea what this is about.

Same call as PK but also gave the name of who they were trying to reach.  Name was totally muffled but nothing like my real name.  Then they gave a file number which I ignored.  Once they ended the call with "good luck", it immediately reminded me of the IRS scam calls which ended the call with "take care" after threatening you with an arrest or law suit.

Got same type of call.  Said they would release my home address.   Ended with "good luck".  Definitely  a scam.  Also called for my son who haven't lived at home for 18 years

Number doesn't ring into phone but leaves a voice mail. Also calling people I've never met but friends with on FB? Also same company is calling from different numbers and leaving same msg.

I received the same message, left a file # & also something about verifying my home & business address? Why would I tell them where I work?! So they can harass me there? Lol. I always check this site first & I'm glad to see it's nothing to worry about!

They actually called my son, looking for me! Isn't that illegal? How did they even get his phone #?! He's 23 & hasn't lived with me for many years! I told him to ignore them but I'd love to be able to sue these [***] for harassment!
