Acted like they were from an attorneys office and threatened to have me extradited from one state to another for an class 2 misdemeanor. This person got very irate because I stood up to him.

i called this number back the guy was yelling at me when I was trying to explain to him that this case was taken car of in bankruptcy he told me I was lying and was like good luck in court you will need it. I am so dam angry.  Wth

These people love to call and threaten you, then refuse to give any information except that you are being sued in a civil lawsuit. They claim to be attorneys of some sort but cant say for what, really? Do not trust these people and immediately report them to the BBB and you can send them a certified letter demanding a cease and desist, if you can get the address from them which they refuse to provide. Good luck

I have received numerous calls from this phone number. They are a collection agency called Hemmingway and Associates. They are using a virtual business address of 5500 Glades Road, Suite 500, Boca Raton FL 33431. There is someone there named Adam Drisga, who claims to be a lawyer. They also have someone named Charles Jordan, who leaves a voicemail stating that he is going to serve me papers, which he hasn't done. I do not owe this debt and they refuse to mail me anything. When I ask for them to mail me something, they get rude and actually hang up on me. The refuse to give me their address. I found it doing a Google search.

Got a call from Charles Jordan as well, this is a scam do not even reply
