This call was from NCB Management Services, they said they are collecting on a debt.  They left a message.

Collect for whom??

Called 4/5/11. Left no message

Received phone call on cell phone from 215/244-4200.  They left message stating they were from NCB Management Services about collecting a debt, asking me to call back to 855/622-5800x2108.  There is no debt to collect, so I have not called back.

I got a call from NCB Mgmt Service today.  I replied w/ no marketing call please then hang up.

I received a call today. This is the 3rd call this week.

Courtney Wilson was 1 of the callers. The other 2 were a man. Threating to serve me papers on my job for an unpaid debt. They would give me any details and they offer no solutions. I told that they were harrassing me on my job and I was calling the Attorney General for the St. of Texas.

Left threatening messages at my inlaws home not even my own.

They have called several times.They are not calling me.They are calling my Tenant and asking for me

Called tonight; said they took over my account for Bank of America.  I immediately called Bank of America and they said that is not true and do not call them back or talk to them.  NCB is a predatory company.  Beware - they lie (even Bank of America thinks they suck and are unethical!).

I've gotten non-stop calls from them and then they called my brother in another state telling him I was going to jail!  I called them back and asked general questions.."where are you located?" "what is the name of your company?"  The girl got VERY irritated and said they were a law firm called Austin, Chamber and Hall out of New York, NY.  So while on the phone with them, I googled it...no such business.  She started yelling at me and ended up hanging up on me!  I called back immediately and asked for her supervisor and she said "FINE" and put me on hold.  The next lady I talked to was very calm and said she apologized for this other lady, explaining that she has personal issues at home and was taking them out on me!  They are NOT a law firm, it is a debt collection agency that collects debts for payday loans and check cashing.  Do NOT put up with their bull crap!  All you have to do is tell them that you are going to turn them in for harassment phone calls and it will stop.

What you are saying is incorrect.  NCB Management was a 3rd party debt collector for Bank of America.  Now NCB Management works with Bank of America as a1st party debt collector.  Employees @ Bank of America just did not want to tell you the truth or they do not know the truth themselves.  I know because I am an employee of NCB Management who works with Bank of America accounts.  If Bank of America thinks NCB Management suck and are unethical why do we still work with them?

I called this number and asked the individual on the phone to identify herself and she said Mrs Denali. I asked who she worked for and she said Ellis Painter and that they were a law firm. I asked where she was located and then she copped an attitude and said she didn't have to talk to me , that I had an attitude and then she hung up on me. I have no idea what it is about. B

I got a bill from McAfee, which I don't use and the number on my bill 866-622-3911. When I call that number it's a recording that one must text back to ...but I don't have a texting phone!!! How can I get them to take away false charges??? Is there a company name for this number???

Is there no return address on the so called bill?

Calls all times of night and day for months.  Reporting to FCC doesn't stop it. Being on do-no-call registry does not stop it.
