I received a call from Alissa Morena from Nationwide Court and Attorney Services saying that a complaint had been filed against me and that my address needed to be verified. If they made 2 attempts to serve me and couldn't I would have a failure to appear. This is the same information that she gave to 2 of my family members. I'm sure they didn't know they were my family members. She left a number to call and when I called Boston Block Associates no one answers. They want you to leave your number and name and "case" number. Don't do it. They have no right to give anyone any information about you to just anyone!

I received a call from "Michael Jones" from Nationwide Process Servers (or Service, he mumbled) Office regarding an "SC-100" "Summons of Compliant to Appear in Court"  he had for my wife. "Jones" said that calling 855-627-8551 would get information on the compliant and also gave the case number. He also said that if there was no response within 254 hours, the address on the "summons" would be considered valid and service would be made. I called the number and got a recording that all representatives were busy and to leave a message and I would get a call back. I left a message repeating the info that Jones had given me and to call back. That was late Thursday afternoon and so far, no service.

I also received a phone call from these people last Monday 8/29/11. They stated there was a pending lawsuit against me. I asked from who. They wanted my address. The person I talked to stated they had my credit report. So I asked to read some of the items on it. He did and he was correct. I asked where on my credit does it say I owe this amount of money to whom. He couldn't answer that. He gave me an account number, I have no idea where did this number come from. He said he will give me a week to find out more information and he will call back. Well he did, I didn't answer the phone. He left a message. I tried to find out with what information he gave me. I couldn't find anything out.

My husbands Masonic Lodge received a call saying that someone had filed a complaint against me and gave a phone # and case #.
I checked the # online and discovered it was some asinine debt collector from somewhere. My name and address are public record.
I would laugh this off except it bothers me that this very corrupt company is making calls to my husbands lodge. This is not legal, I owe no one and it really pisses me off.

These people/company are a fraud.......'Be Carefull"

Michael Jones called me today and left a message on my business line claiming to be doing an employment verification for "Michael Bronstien"....I run my own business and have no employees and never have....He left a reference number and asked me to return the call....I will not!

they called me stating a pending lawsuit against me as well I called it took over 10 rings to get a voice mail.  I left my name and phone number and no one has called me back.  I told him to send the information to whatever address he had for me. But I did not varify anything with him.

I received this call today. It was for my brother. He does not live with me. It was like the other complaints, something about a court case etc. Probably a debt collector.

I too recieved this message, a man called "Robert Lee" answered and responded "corporate office". I asked office of what?, he responded bach and back assocaites.  he verified an old debt of credit card of mine and wanted settlement, I would not give him my info over the phone. a woman called "Maria" also called my sister and claimed to be a "county processors office in Phila." left a phone number and a case number, and claimed fc100 court papers, and that I was to be sued in superior court.  If they have my number why would county processers be calling my sister?  Of course, the number "Maria" left, was not the "county processors office", it was for the man stated above.  Very suspicious and quite possibly illegal.

Received two calls at work today from Maria saying she had a court summons to serve me for a civil lawsuit that has been filed against me. I called back and a guy answered "corporation" when I asked "what corporation?" I was patched through to Maria who I asked questions about the case. She said she had the documents, but they were sealed and that a man or a woman would come to my work and serve me with papers. She said she was in California, but if I wanted more information I could contact Boston Block  National Associates at (get this) 855-627-8551. I told her, that's funny, that's the number I just called to talk to you. She acted confused and I hung up. Don't call these people back, don't give them any information.

"Maria" called from a county office claiming to have a Court Summons to serve on me. She gave my address as my office address at work. This information and my phone number is all on the web. She also called after 6pm. Sounded bogus so I checked this site. Glad I did! This has got to be some kind of scam.

YES WE ARE DON'T GIVE US ANY MONEY!!!!!! THEN WE WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT!!!!!
P.S. When we take you to court explain to the judge why you don't want to pay your debt. Then we will see how fake we are!!!

I received a message from Alyssa Moreno with Nationwide Court and Attorney services stating that she has a complaint that was filed with her office and for more information to contact their legal department and gave me this phone number and a reference number.  That was on my cell.  Then she called my office and left a more detailed message stating that a suit had been filed against me and she is a process server and wants to make arrangements to serve me, that they don't like to show up at people's offices.  So show up at my house if you really have a lawsuit.

Oh, FYI, a lot of these debt collectors are working on packages of old debts that they purchase from original vendors.  Most of the debts are NO LONGER VIABLE in terms of lawsuits.  I know in the state of Texas there is a four year statute of limitations on contracts.  That's from the date the debt was initially due (i.e., 30 days from the first statement you received showing the total amount due).  So when they try to tell you they're going to sue, tell them to go right ahead.  Any lawyer (and they don't have to be an expensive lawyer) can get those types of suits dismissed.

Just so you know, moron....in order to get money you actually have to sue the person, after notifying them in advance.  If you're going to try to steal from americans, at least try to appear as if you know how our legal system works.
