A caller, identified as John Miller, directs people to contact TERRY MOLDER, an alleged attorney, to settle claims of passing bad checks. When you call Molder, he admits he is not licensed to pratice law in any state. He said the name of his company was Limited Liability Corporation (what a joke) and that he processes claims presented by paralegals. This, all the while, associates of his company call around threatening you're under immediate danger of arrest and/or prosecution. If you receive a call of this nature, I recommend directly contacting your state's Attorney General's Office. This is a fishing scam.

I received a voicemail from a man named Keith Williams, claiming that someone filed a lawsuit against me in my "local" county courthouse, and if I didn't respond I would be called to court, and that he would pursue me at my home and place of employment. I was also given the option to settle outside of court with my case number. I caught on to it pretty quick and what is funny, is that nobody has the phone number that the voicemail was left on. IT IS A SCAM AND DON'T BE FOOLED!!! I will be calling the proper authorities on the next business day.

I received a call from the same company stating that I would be served with a summons to report to court and that I may be arrested from some case. Just as the others stated, they threatened me with the same stuff. When I told them that I would refer them to my lawyer and that I wanted all of the information to provide to them, they told me they were going to get my file. Unfortunately, the "investigator" that had my case hit the wrong button and I could hear his converation with someone else and they informed MR. DAVENPORT to hang up on me!!! I WILL be calling proper authorities on them!

I recieved a call from alliance or lyons capitol saying the were going to take me to court. The dudes name is bryan warner. I called ace and they confirmed that I owe them NO money and im waiting for their  legal department to call me. This should be interesting. I just recieved a call from a mr evans says hes a process server I hung up on him. If you get any messages dont erase them. If you have an attorney, report the calls to your attorney.
