Received a call saying I was going to be served because I did not pay off a loan. They knew my Social and work address. Other personal information was not correct. Either I have had my identity stolen already or this call was an attempt to find out personal information from me, posing as a bill collector. Legal One Services was their name. Call back number they gave was this one. When I checked my phone log on my cell it says "unknown". DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE. They are trying to scam you!

Just got the same call. Everything stated above by Bob is exactly the same except the person who called says his name is Justin Adams.

Yes Steve McCray with legal one services says he has my social, work address and residence address and that he's putting me on his list to serve. SO I need to have my ID available when I get served. If anyone has been served papers before, they would know this is not the process. YOu don't get NOTIFIED that you're getting served. They just serve you. This is probably a bill collector or a scam.,..either way..I'm not calling Steve back with his nonsense!
