If we pay for our telephone why can't we control who can call us? I am sick of uniden!tified and/or robo calls! The phone company has a lot of dam* gall caling it "service". Certainly not service for the people who are paying for their particular phone number.
There needs to be another choice under the Call Type below and it should be -Harrassment-

caller ID = TOLL FREE CALL

Receiving calls from this number 3 to 4 times a day!!!  Harassment!!

It is so disturbing to be harassed every day by these calls.  Someone should do something about it.  I have reported the number in the past and nothing has been done.  It stinks!!

she asked for me by name after saying "thank you for waiting"  ???? she called me.... and when I asked who was calling she just said.... just benefits update..... and hung up on me!

This is Wells Fargo trying to sell you something else, like insurance etc.  If you call back the number and listen to the recording you can have your phone number removed from the solicitation.

repeated calls in the middle of the evening. These calls are voice mail solicitors or debt collectors, I'm not sure, but the calls are disturbing or better yet, a nuisance.

This is a Wells Fargo telemarketing service.  Call back their number and listen to the recording.  You can remove your number from their list.  When indicated by the recording, enter your telephone number. The automated system will repeat your # back and then press 1 to be deleted from their list which will take10 days to remove you from this list and 30 days from all their marketing efforts.  That's what the recording says....we'll see!

We were getting endless calls from "Wells Fargo".  I finally went into my branch, & they told me they don't do telemarketing; & that I should not give any info to anyone claiming to be them.

Oh, wow!  Thanks a ton for the tip!  My identity was stolen, so I get a zillion of these scam nuisance calls every day.  This will really help!

It's the scumbags at Wells Fargo. Not only do they fleece their customers at a criminal level, they push the limits of privacy by having these meat puppets call at all hours. Call the number and have yourself removed from the list. Then call Wells fargo and close your account.

If you bank with Wells Fargo - all YOU have to do is let them know you wish to OPT OUT of receiving telemarketing calls.  Otherwise until YOU tell them not to call - you are their client and they can call you..

All businesses you do have a relationship with have their own Do Not Call lists - however they do not know you until you tell them to.

I have NEVER banked with Wells Fargo and NEVER have done ANY business with them....I have had this phone number for 30 plus years................So much for YOUR "Common Sense Simple Solution."!

Have received 3 calls from this number today.  Claims to be Wells Fargo, never had an account with them or Wachovia.  Asked to be placed on do not call list, we'll see what happens.
