They say they are with genoa health care, I won't call them cause this is not the area code that belongs in the area that I live....

Same people called my husband.

A woman named "Nichole" called this morning and left a message stating that she was
from "Genoa" and had a question that she wanted to ask me.  She gave this number-
855-657-6554.  This sounded suspicious as I know that this is not Genoa's number so I
did not return the call.

I have a man named Jeff left a message, saying the same that he was from Genoa Healthcare services and that he wanted to ask me a question.

Yes, sounds suspicious.. Maybe someone hacked their  information and got the information of their Genoa patients.

Calling from Genoa to remind about refills on Medications due

THIS IS A FAKE NUMBER!!! I just got off the phone with the real Genoa and they said they don't have any numbers that would be area code 855. Go to the official web page to get the right number.

i called this number back, and they, very nastily said, were process servers.  i didn't get into it, but they're  a nasty piece of work.

more i think about it, i'll bet they're debt collectors.  process servers aren't secretive, and won't give you any answers.  anyone who calls my number by mistake is always looking for the previous owner, a deadbeat bill payer.

they just use the term "process servers" to sound hot-shot, and not a lowly debt collector.   they're still nasthy

Genoa healthcare calling about a refill reminder. This call was legit.

This guy name John left a voice mail. He just said that he was calling about "continuing service with General Health Care Pharmacy". When I called them back they sound suspicious...

Maybe thy are hackers... or phishing for information...

The appear to have my phone number on a speed telephone connection that is primed to call ten times per day.  My computer security program intercepts the calls and I delete the call right away.  From the correspondence from other clients they also have problems with this site as I do.  I believe that they need to be fined and stopped from these annoying tactics.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

855-657-6554 is for Genoa Healthcare.  The number is legit.  A member of my family uses them.  I just talked to someone at that number yesterday.  I don't know how you other people are getting other ideas.

A lady called left a message saying she’s from lakes consultation witch I googled and associated clinic of psychology in Saint Louis Park in Minnesota has its in house pharmacy witch is genoa but they don’t have a 855 number it’s a 651 number

No longer have Genoa insurance, nor owe them money.  When I had Genoa insurance they would call at least once per week or more often trying to sell other insurance coverage.  I am on the do not call list, have not been a client of Genoa in over 4 months, they have no business calling me while I am on the do not call list.  Genoa dropped the program I was on last year.  Genoa never called me other than to sell other insurance.
