I just got a call from this number saying something about a past banking issue. They left no company name, or any real information. Got the same message from number 855-640-3317 earlier in the month

I got the same message as Hugh. I didn't answer the phone due to numerous sales calls and scams. Since they didn't mention any name or bank, and the comment that I needed to call back immediately or my account or credit card would be billed, It was obviously a scam.

I got a threating message, in regards with a banking transaction, they asked me to call at 855-662-4436 to avoid further action and default proceedings, very annoying please somebody stop them from making these calls.

Got a call from 1-315-553-3274 (Sodus, NY) at 10:18am referencing this 855-662-4436 number about a bank transaction that was in the past with a reference number.  I called the Sodus number and got this is the litigation office (no name); asked for reference number then stated looking for another person (my daughter).  Daughter hasn't been here since 2007 living, plus we haven't spoke in a long while.  Did state my number would be removed.  Honestly with all the technology around and they have to harrass the parent, if it was real I'd think the company could do better.

I received a call from them as well using a bogus 202 area code since that is my area but instructed me to call 855-662-4436. It also stated that it was in regards to a banking transaction and to contact them with some reference number. When i called back the line was busy. I decided not to try again and found these comments. Ridiculous! to much scamming going on and something has to be done about this. I am going to report this to my local police department...although not sure what they can do. such a shame.

I got the same call. Gave the number 855-662-4436 as a callback number but my caller ID said 817-760-4075. Since I do not give my cell number as reference for anything financial (only personal), I know it is a scam. My number is on the Do Not Call list and will report them immediately. Scammers and con artists, everyone is trying to something for nothing.

As above. Say they are a law office after money. I do not owe them for anything. Scammers.

They call with 860-417-0655 and leave 855-662-4436.  Automated call about some bank transaction that could affect my currently banking.  No other info left.

I got the same automated message from 419-746-0254 saying it was regarding some bank transaction... left a reference number and left a number of 855-662-4436 to call back.... ....

Got a call voice mail with regards to my sister with a call back number of 855-662-4436. So I called the number back and left a voicemail telling them to never call my number again because my sister lives 1400 miles away from me. ( I was not pleasant in my voice mail) So today I got a voicemail from Jeremy Clarkston to give him call back. So I did and when he answered he stated that he was trying to get a hold of my sister and I asked him why. He told me that he want to speak with her about a lawsuit. I then asked him what lawsuit and in what state. He then told me that it has not been filed yet. I then asked him why are you calling me, he said he was calling people that know her to get a message to her. I then told him to stop calling me  and find her yourself. I was very loud when I was speaking and he tried to puff his chest and be a big man over the phone. I told him this was most likely a scam and take your $8 and hour job and shove it. He then told me that he was going to add my home number and cell number to their database 3 time so I would get call all the time. I the notified him of Minnesota law which he said he did not care. I then hung up. He called back and left me a voicemail agin saying that I should not talk and produced some information from my credit history that happened 15 years ago. Which tells me he pulled my credit report without my consent. (The second number he called from was 832-266-0569 which is in Houston Texas.

got a call and said that they are calling for banking info left this number 1-855-662-4436 and because I have been waisting money paying off debt and these people have been receivng money I dont trust them got letters from people that states paid in full but when call the number they are no longer working something must be done...

Just received a second call asking us to call 855-662-4436 about a serious banking issue.  

They called me from a 985 number which is a laplace, la. Number with instructions to call them back at thisn855-662-4436. Automated mesage saying bank fraud and gave a ref.. Number. Funny part for the last year this same automated caller been calling from a Pennsylvania number an arizona number a colorado number a tennessee number. Now and idk how they did it but they are harrassing my aunt and uncle who I have  never used as a reference nor mentioned there name anywhere. There has to be a way to stop this. This  is just sad.

This numbr is leaving bogus messages and threatening messages regarding a past banking issue.

I also got a voicemail asking for me and saying its urgent I call them. About past banking issues which can affect my current bank. They called from 832-521-0131 which is Houston Tx. They wanted me to call back at 855-662-4436. Which I will not. Seems like a scam.

I received the same call. Threatening me with legal issues and judgements. Telling me they are putting liens in my new car. This is harassment. It needs to stop!

Got a call today before 11 AM. Asking for my brother. I called it back 1-561-771-0417 and the man threatened me, saying he will put my number on the list to call me three times a day. I check my voice mail and the 1-561-771-0417 number left this number 855-662-4436. Called the number again and they refuse to tell me their company's name. I file a complaint with the consumberfinance.gov but no actions will be taken if I don't have a company's name. Does any one know the name?

Got a call from this number, claiming there was pending legal action against me for a past payday loan? They had an email address that I had in High School. Problem is I was 15 when they said such transaction occured. They wouldnt give me any specifics and when i told them my age at the time of the so called "transaction" they immediately said they would put it in to Fraudulent status and call me back..........what?? Does anyone know who these people are? or a company name? He wouldnt tell me who he was, I asked if he was a lawyer and he said no, but how can you get them to stop harassing you, they even have my mothers number?

Got call from 860 417-0655 but wanting a call back on 844-952-7367 with a reference number. The message was initial notice of a past banking transaction that can affect my future banking transactions. Wouldn't my bank call me if there was a banking issue. I get calls emails they spoof and the caller id shows my name and number  I spend all my time blocking numbers they call all hours no respect
