This number just called and said that they are pressing charges on me for fraud for a loan in 2011 that I know I didn't do

I got a call from this number a few seconds ago.  I did not answer because I didn't know the number. Who are these people?

Call for person we don't know, said it was about some type of fraudulent money transaction. Caller said she was a Mrs. Brooks, if we didn't call back someone would come to our home or workplace. Call showed up as a private caller.

"This message is solely intended for Cynthia Santiel.  My name is Jessica Matthews.  Contact me from the processing department.  This call is in reference to a legal matter that has been brought forth against you in Orange County. It is in your best interests that you contact the plaintiff directly.  The number is 855-663-2847.  Your file case number for reference is CF188027.  Cynthia Santiel, failure to comply will result you being served with a summons to appear in court.  You have been notified."

I got this message on my cell phone.  My name is not Cynthia anything.  This is one of multiple calls I have been getting for debts I know nothing about, for people I am not.  I called the number and spoke to Stacy Newman, Emily Johnson, then finally a Mr. Johnson, asking to have my phone removed from their database.  The name of the company is TGA Recovery Services, LLC; Processing and Summons Division, 4321 N Benbou Road, Greensboro NC 27406.  According to the State of NC records, this company was organized on 11/17/2014 and its mailing address is 702 W VANDALIA RD GREENSBORO NC 27406.  Its owner is Arthur Johnson.

Got a call stating they are from TGA Recovery LLC stating they are going to summoned me for a unpaid payday loan back in 2012.
The number was 1-855-663-2847. I told this Emily person to send debt verification she sent me a letter via email that didn't prove anything. They have some of my info... I look up this number and it I see nothing but scams..

Did you speak with them? what did they say? is this legitimate or no?

I got a call from this company 2 weeks ago. I ended up calling my local sheriffs office due to the harassment from them. When I called the number back they wanted my case number. After several times of asking what the name of their business was and them arguing with me about not giving it to me I finally got them to tell me the name. It was TGA Recovery. I then asked for the address and I was given (after several times of being hung up on and them getting loud) 701 Gervais St, PO Box 255, Columbia, SC 29201 (which is completely different then the address above). I told them that once they could mail me the proof of debt then not to contact me because I wasn't paying for something over the phone that I have no idea what it is. The next day I received a call from my father and they had called him. I told him that I had spoke to them the day before but I would call them back again. I called again and she told me "Well you stated that you weren't going to pay it yesterday." I asked why did you call my father and she said we will keep calling people until we get you to pay it. That is when I called my local sheriffs office. The detective I spoke with told me to call them back and ask for their Professional License Number. So I did. When the phone was answered I asked for their license number and her response was "Go F@#$ yourself" and she hung up. I was completely in shock but then it confirmed my suspicion that this was a scam because any true debt company isn't going to say that. Well my father called them back  to let them know that he relayed the message to me and the guy got of the phone and asked him all sorts of nasty questions and said that he had just got finished doing my grandmother. So I let the detective know what was said. He then called them and stated what sheriffs office he was from and that they had a report for harassment and I haven't heard anything from them since. Nor have I seen the proof of debt.

If they say they have a debt against you, request a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  No debt validation letter, then simply ignore and block the calls.

Those addresses are wrong the South Elm Eugene address is a furniture store. And the one with a PO Box IS a UPS store. Having exact same problem with this number calling myself and my parents. Will be contacting law enforcement as well as Attorney General and FTC. If I truly had a debt then send it to me in the mail don't threaten to file charges and scare my elderly parents

I received many calls from this company. I called and asked for the validation of debt letter. At first I was advised they were not able to send it over via email then I was informed that they were. The Mrs Johnson proceded to tell me that I will be served in 24 hours as she proceed to call me a [***] and say my job has fired me. I called my local sheriffs office and filed a harrasment report

I received the same call along with my mother, brother, both my sisters and my in laws.   Asked for verification and ten minutes later they called back and said they would serve as I wss being difficult.  Asked again and she yelled st me.   I have been having fun and calling back with an unknown number three times a day just to harrass them like they did my family

This company has been calling and harassing my family me members. I have no clue who Lisa Johnson is and I have no debts with any payday loan companies.

I received a phone call from (855)663-2847 and was told that I would be getting a visit from the local sheriff's office because I didn't pay a loan and when the guy said that I asked him to give me more information and he transferred me to a Joe Williams at extension 2. So I called my sons, and sister who told me to lookup the number and sure enough they were scammers from all that was written about them. I then called them back and asked for a validation of debt letter and license number he told me that it will be sent to me in a email and he hung up.

I have been receiving calls from this same number had so much information on me told them I was going to the bank they claimed money was deposited into then I would call th back. I knew I had closed that bank account but was it sure of the dating. Closed in 2007 these people are claiming I had money deposited in 2011..... Wrong just wrong for anyone to play games like this with anyone it's sad that our world has come to this bulll....God help us all and save us even these idiots who are messing with us they need God in their life.

getting calls from this number 18556632847 saying I have a pay day loan never had one went to the police department and he called them which did no good calls from Lisa Johnson and Lymont Davies now Davies said papers will be prcessed for an arrest from the sherriff they called mother husbands work.

I received a call yesterday stating her name was Lisa Jones or Johnson not sure of last name was speaking fast ,but anyway she stated she was from the process office she had a summoned that was file in Dade County Court penalty by law my case number is Mu2847 and I have 24 hours to contact them my summons will be served at my place of employment or home called came in unknown but she left this (855) 663-4847

Unwarranted calls multiple times a day. They have even contacted some of my Family and friends with threats.

I received a call about financial fraud and a warrant had been issuef, they got very snotty when asked what this pertained to and said they couldnt tell me till I verified my information, since my info just got hacked, I am not giving them anything, why dont they mail out the info?
