Scam saying they are First Bank fraud detection team.  They want you to input your card number to verify your activity.  Do not do this - your bank will never call you with this type of request.

The caller had a female computer voice telling me there was a lock put on my credit card.  I have never done business with First Bank so I'm sure this is just a phishing expedition.  It did not ask for credit card number but asked to call them back to confirm some information.  They gave another call-back number of 314-666-8664 which shows up on this mailing list also.

Called with fraud activity from First Bank saying a hold had been put on my card. I'm not a First Bank customer.

Same scam attempt to my mobile phone in STL area  at 6:16 P.M. ,which is on the no call lists(Fed and State) My call  just like those  other reports listed. Have drawn blood on two prior no call violators. Will register complaint with AG Monday. Who knows, maybe we'll bag this one sometime. A new category needs to be added on the "call type" for bogus security probe.

Same scam attempt to my cell in St.Louis area, from fake first bank fraud. Beware,  don't fall for this and please report it.

people trying to get my credit card number and asking for my credit card number to talk to customer service not going to happen don't do it

Got the same computer voice call outside the St. Louis area at about 3:10pm. Called my cell phone stating there was unusual activity with my First bank Credit Card...we do NOT have a First bank card.

Got voice-mail on my cell phone:
Robo-call  claiming "FRAUD DETECTION DEPARTMENT" of First Bank.
Wanted me to call them back, and also call tele 314-666-8664
Beware these SCAMMERS looking to steal identities.

Thought it was a scam-won't let you even get to customer service without entering card number-bigs am here!!

got a call this AM in the STL area. i don't use first bank. asked for credit card number and there is no way to get a "real" person. scam scam scam.

Fraud call

Left a voice mail on my St. Louis area cell phone claiming there was fraudulent activity on my card and to call this number to verify. I don't have a First Bank account or credit card. Obviously a scammer.

Just received the same call. It's a scam. Seven years ago they scammed me out of almost $8000.00. After moneygram had the class action lawsuit, I was finally given back my money last December. I know everything you could possibly want to know about ID theft, fraud, etc. It's sad but it's the world we live in.

This number keeps leaving messages on my cell. The message says it's about my debit card and there might have been a hold put on my card. No way am I calling back.

Just received the same type of call from an automated recording

They called me in St. LOUIS. DON'T HAVE ACCOUNT with First Bank.
