    I received a "pop-up" message saying that I needed to call this number immediately as a "Trojan" virus had been detected on my computer. Hesitantly, I called the number and was answered with "Tech Support". "Victor", who had an Indian accent, would not identify himself as tech support for Microsoft, Windows support, etc. He had me to open several information screens and after I saw him looking at my virus files, I started to get very suspicious. I then used my roommates phone to call the number he had given me and "Rob", another tech with an Indian accent, answered the phone. I immediately hung with him. Still feeling like I was being scammed, I then turned off my computer and hung up with "Victor".

    I also Dailed The Same number, But They are NOT scammer , they worked in front of me for 5 hours to fix the problem & they fixed my printer problem as well. i get all legal document, i consulted with my lawyer & he told me that the proof they provided are valid & it's a registered company. I FIND THEM VERY HELPFUL & PROUDLY SAY THAT I HAVE NOT GET SCAMED BY TAKING THE SERVICE.
