American girl with midwest accent wanted to talk with a woman in a neighboring town  who owes them money. Told her my cellphone was a Safelink Medicaid emergency phone only.

My parents got a call from this number, and it was odd. They said it was a friend of mine, victor, but I don't know any victor.  I don't know why they thought it was my friend, but it just seemed a little strange.

I blocked my number on my home phone and called back, and it went to a hold message saying call may be monitored, etc.  The guy who answered said thanking you for calling T-Mobile.  When I told him someone had called me and I'm on the Do Not Call registry he said he would remove my number.  I didn't ask him how he would do that when my number was blocked...I just said thanks and hung up.  Saved this number as Do Not Answer - Sales.

This number called me and when I picked up, told me to "please hold".  So I did and then after awhile, I heard another person breathing on the other end of the line, but they wouldn't speak.  I hung up and dialed them back.  The man that answered claimed that they were USCC (or something like that) and that they're a corporation who deals with "personal and private matters",  Then he started asking me to confirm my personal information.  I said that that was not going to happen without a clear explanation of who they were and why they were calling.  He became miffed and said, "well, we'll just have to keep calling you".  I hung up and blocked the number.  

man asked for "Jocelyn"  this is 2nd time this number has called and asked for this womaN.  I said for the last time I do not know this woman  stop calling me   he said thaT He has never talked to me before  i said fine i am on DNC list   i am reporting you and hung up

This number called me and when I called the number back they claimed to be from a company ESOCA or something like that and demanded I verify my address. I asked what is this regarding and the lady told me she isn't releasing any info until I verify my address. I told her if she can't tell me what she is calling about I am going to hang up and I hung up the phone.

This # has called me numerous times, never leaving a message. Today I picked up and after a brief pause a man asked for "Nguyen".  I said that he had wrong number and he proceeded to ask for them again. After the their time of me repeating myself he hung up.  

Got a call from 855-666-9199 today.  I was confused at first but T-Mobile uses them as a contracted billing company (pre-collection as it is sometimes called).  T-Mobile was claiming an unpaid final bill after I moved my cell service to Verizon.  The claim was accurate as T-Mobile never called, E-mailed or sent me a final bill.

If this number calls you I would recommend not ignoring them or blocking them.  It is best to find out why they are calling since by definition they are really a debt collector.  Also, they knew, based on my caller ID, who I was because T-mobile had it on-file and I'd imagine that should be the case for most people.  Just ask them what company they are calling on behalf of.

If you had T-Mobile then they are claiming an unpaid balance :/  This is a real debt agency so don't ignore them for too long.

We have been receiving numerous calls from different 800 numbers, referring to call back this 855-666-9199. I never called back, who ever the heck they are. We had T Mobile and switched to a different one, but I have proof of $0 balance after leaving them.
There was a different call, end of last year, telling me "I commited  fraud with IRS" and this person, heavy Mid Eastern accent, was "handling my case". When asked what kind a froud, he couldn't discuss my case......I told him where he and the IRS, he represents, can go and do to themselves. He never called again, but automated calls continue. We have all our phones on DNC list, not much help.
We just let it go to recording and I keep track of numbers, to report, they keep switching " call back" 800 numbers.

JM Kingston phone number 876-473-7768 IRecieved a lot of calls as far back as dec. 2014. They say I have won a million dollars or more and they want me to go and get a green dot card for different amounts. I have always told them I do not have any money. They ask me if there is any one I can get the money from.I always tell them no! They continue to call sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.

Two days in a row now, late in the afternoon a message has been left. Supposedly from a debt collector, I was to return their call......ELSECA at 1-855-666-9199.  Since we have no debt, but one never knows if one's identity has been stolen. So I came on line to research. Much to my surprise I have this info. I am grateful that our identity was not stolen.

Called on 5/18 around 6 pm--rang four or five times--didnt leave message.  Cant be for net 10 debt collection--i dont have them and never have and in fact, have never had a cell phone that is not prepaid so i cant owe anything.

I'm getting a similar message from an woman with and Indian dialect saying she is a debt collector. Same situation that Thea stated above.  I never called back.  Getting several calls from the same person weekly.  Thanks for the information.

First call said that it was the EOS CCA and they left a message  We have NO unpaid debts!  None!  The second call did not leave a message.  We are also on the Do Not Call List.

Debt collector looking for some women who does not live here- We have had this number for 8 years and told them that but don't stop bothering us.

Continues to call every day, all throughout the day.  No one answers or leaves a message.  Tried to block it, but it has continued.
