Called and told my mother they were calling from the county courthouse. Told her if I didn't call them by 7:00 p.m. today I would be arrested. The Company name is IM & R their address is 29105 64th Avenue, Suite 200, Mountlake, WA 98043. Spoke to "an attorney" named Mr. Jack Bailey. When I told him he had broken the law by threatening to have me arrested he said, "You don't know what you're talking about, you have no rights." I told him I didn't owe any money and that I wouldn't deal with him or his scam company. I would only deal with the company who allegedly said I owe them money. He told me I couldn't deal with them. I told him he needed to go back to his mail order law school and demand a refund because he certainly didn't know the law. I told him to stop calling my family members and harassing them and to be watching for a cease and desist letter next week. Big scam!

Ooh I am so glad that I read your post. Seems like this guy is calling older women who cant really defend for themselves. My mom knew something was fishy with this call. I used to be a collector for 13 plus years so when I heard this guys message I knew this was either a scam or a collection agency. I'm definitely writing to the BBB about this idiot! Mr. Bailey, sorry but you didnt pull one over on us!

i received a call from them i am speaking to a man name Steve Lawrence from the company now he won't reveal any information and that is not acceptable.  Any real company or collection agency has to tell you the company.  he said from a purchase i made in 1998....he told me i live in Maine

They left a message on my answering machine, looking for my ex-husband.  They made it sound all official like it was a courtcase.  When I called the number from work to see what it was they answered IM & R.  I said I must have called the wrong number.  The woman replied. You better hope this is a mistake when you hang up.  It was like a threat.  What crap.  So glad I found out who they are so I can relay to my ex before he calls, if he calls

I received a call from the number 425-697-6019 and my caller ID said it was from Edward Jones Inc. When I listened to the message,the caller left the number 855-670-8405 and I knew it was from those low lifes at ICM&R.DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

don't pay them and don't blame the employees either, they are being cheated just as you are, they are unexperienced and are led to believe what they are doing is ok. RANDALL GOINS is the owner next to one of his new girlfriend LAUREL DELMORE they are not paying and mr goins has done this before with Relian Recoveries, ICM&R, Greentree Acquisitions and their new one is IM&R, he uses his girlfriends as accountants but have no brains, Mrs. Erickson was part of ICM&R go ahead and look it up.
The people working there are as blind as the ones getting the calls, they are not getting paid and are fired with no pay as well.  The addres provided above is correct. some [***] with a new [***] to take down with him, i'm surprised they gave him the chance of opening yet another company.
Not sure if it is fraud or not but they called me for an account that is WAY out of Statue of Limitations!!

Just red the complaints for disgruntled Debt owers who havent wanted to pay thier debt the rep i spoke to and helped me out was Mr Challenger i belive was how to say his name he helped me clear a debt 12 years  old with very easy ways to do so it think all whom owe debt should allow IM&R to help them no matter what the debt is always owed whether the creditors have put extra charges with it they can more likely remove all instrest collection would not  so if they have been calling and your afraid to answer please do they really helped me out so stop bashing them and listen to them they will help

So Randall Goins has recently opened a debt buyer biz which is located @ 21905 64th Ave West Suite 200, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043, phone number is 855-670-8405, he opened it August 2011. It is called Investment Management & Recovery, Inc. (IM &R for short). I started working there today, I was suppose to be trained, ya right, I sat there for 2 hrs with my thumb up my ass while his training manager, Sean, if that is what you want to call him, left me sitting by myself. The reason I didnt come back from lunch is because they gave me a packet to rules to sign, which would have been fine, but the one policy that was alarming was, stating that during the 30 day probationary period you had to wait 30 days to get paid, and that during those 30 days if you did not hit the quota of $7k they would terminate the employment and instead of paying the employee the $10-11.00 per hr. they would pay you washington state min wage and they would mail you a check 30 days from the termination date. It is impossible to hit the quota despite what he says, because by his and the collection manager Jesse Wofford (425-918-2068 cell #) admission, all of their accounts are out of stat. I made 60 calls in an hour and most of the numbers were discoed, and the rest people werent answering. The other reason I quit is because in the collector's script, they have the collector tell debtors by VM or when they do get people on the line that they have verified their checking accounts and employment and to avoid garn on their personal property and they need to pay. Here is a collection secret, if an account is out of statute and a debtor makes a payment on the account, even if its a dollar, the account goes back into statute for another 6-7 yrs, depending on your state.

I never turned in my W4 or the rest of the paperwork because I didnt want them to have my info, and I left for lunch and never came back.  I am a very ethical debt collector and what he is doing so completely illegal. THEY DO NOT HAVE A LEGAL DEPARTMENT OR ANY ATTORNEY ON STAFF WITH THEM SO DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY DO.  Randell is also Friends with Owner Jim Stewart of Sentry Credit, a 3rd party collection agency in Everett WA, a company known for unethical practices and major drug use. In fact when I told Randell I worked there in the past and that I quit because of drug use, he said "well that is common in the world of collections."  I was smart and saw the warning signs early one, but feel bad for the people that trusted this guy. Most of the collectors he recently hired are very green and have little, if no collection experience and buy into his crap, and do not realize that they are getting bent over by him.  Randell cares about lining his pockets, that is it and then bragging about how rich he is. Thing is, most people who are really wealthy do not have to brag about it, and most of them earned the money the honest way, not by getting people to do their dirty work and screw people out of money. It's funny that Randell owes a collection agency because from what I hear, he owes more people money from Florida to Washington, and will never pay.   The info above is current for him as of 11/21/2011, so if you want to serve his ass or contact the FBI to investigate him, this would be the address to direct them to.

i recieved the phone call from icmr inc that was wanting to speak. the numbr that was called from wa 425-697-6040 and the number to call back was 1-855-670-8405 it was in ref. to a case number.

Idiots  calling from 425-672-8183.  Giving this as a call back. Left a case # listet  that did not exist in the county court system,  threats , threats threats,  Attoorney  generals in FL  and  FTC Contacted.




Police  also notified.

A message from Investment Management and recoveries, Called saying something about a pending court case.  Left a callback # of 1-855-670-8405.  Checked my local court records,  no  such case # , Contacted my local Police Department and reported them as misrepresentation. and will file with the FTC and States Attorney generals office tomorrow.  Its Randell Goines  company. Call came out of Washington State.

If they Call you please call your Local Police departments NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and State that Randell Goines is the  business owner. Your local police should then contact the police in Washington and  take care of them for making threatening phone calls. You should also contact your local television News media and let them get involved. This should lead to the end of this guy once and for all.
