Just so you're aware, this is a collection agency.

Someone has been calling my work being very rude to my supervisors stating he needed to serve me papers and she had to be a witness. Left 8556724681 as a call back number i called the number i got a recorded message saying it was cohen kaplan and tulowitz. I have also recieved call on my cell from a darren knight claiming to be from this company. Caller id shows a completely different number. Says i have two claims against me and if i do not call back will go to court and wishes me good luck.

I have been getting calls from this number for several months. It's a recording as indicated by kmann (above). I finally copied the number down and tried calling but got a message to dial "O" which repeated itself about 10 times but never got to speak to anyone.

I have been getting calls from this number both in my home and work phones. This is a collection agency pretending to be a law firm under the name Cohen, Kaplan and Tulowitz (?). They claim that I have a case against my name.  I have been ignoring their threats and will soon file a complaint to our State's Comptroller.

A man named Justin called and said he was from an attorney's office and that I was going to be served papers from a place I owe money. He goes on to tell me how sorry I am and a criminal and no good. He said I was going to jail and there would b nobody there to take care of my six year old son. I  had him on speaker phone so I would have witnesses to what he was saying to me and my son heard what he was saying and got very upset. He continued to call my phone as well as my mothers just to tell me what an awful person I am and then he would hang up on me. I am very upset about this as well as my family. I understand trying to collect money that is owed but he crossed a  line today and I can not overlook that.

I got several calls from 843-722-9561.  She claimed to work for an attorney and was calling for my ex sister in law to serve her.  The 855 number was who she listed to call.  Informed her I had been divorced since 1998 and she said she would come to my house and call me every day unless I called the 855 number.  Definitely reporting this.
