I need to know who is calling me from this number.

It's  Monument-financial.com .  They are threatening my sick cousin with someone elses debt

I just got off of the phone with a rep from this number. So i looked them up. They seemed to be legit. I checked with my attorney and she informed me that she has delt with them previously and they have been around for years. They are a little aggressive but Legit.

Im very satisfied with monument-finaicial, their service is great they can be aggressive but its only to help you. I actually settled with them for a debt I had 5 years ago. Along with a stipulation letter, I also recieved a release of liability.

Are you sure they are not legit. I've never received a call from them but they called my ex-sister in law claiming that I needed to call 1-855-676-2777 and left a case #. This is so scary!!

DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU.  THEY ARE NOTHING BUT DEBT COLLECTORS.  THEY WORK OFF OF COMMISION OF HOW MUCH MONEY THEY GET FROM PEOPLE. EVEN IF YOU OWE THEY MONEY, TELL THEM TO QUIT CALLING YOU. EVIDENTLY YOU CANNOT PAY THE DEBT AND HARASSING YOU WILL NOT GET MONEY FROM A TURNIP.  SO TELL THEM TO QUIT CALLING AND BY US AMERICAN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO QUIT CALLING BY THE AMERICAN FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT.  IGNORE THEM.  DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU!!! NOTHING BUT TELEPHONE HARASSERS.  AGAIN..IGNORE THEM!!!

Do not let these people scare you or intimidate you.  They are debt collectors.  Even if you owe the debt, tell them you don't, because you would have paid it by now, but like millions of other Americans, we have all fell behind in bills.  These people are the scum of the earth trying to get money from people trying to put food on the table for their families.  IGNORE THEM.  Tell them to quit calling you, that you do not owe the debt, do not converse in any conversation with them, just tell them to quit calling you and by the US Fair DEBT Collection Act, they are suppose to quit calling.  Again, do not converse with these people, they are just trying to collect a commission on your debt if they collect. By the way, it is a foreign company in Chicago that is in the debt collection. They are called Monument Financial. Bad people. Hope this helps!!!

If you paid them then you fell for their intimidation tactics. They are the lowest form of people getting a percentage of money they collect.  Americans are trying to put food on the table for their families and they are trying to puff up their pockets with hard earned money from people.  Their scare tactics have been reported to the US Fair Collection Act and are being investigatied.

They are nothing but debt collectors working for a foreign company.  Lowest form of life in my consideration.  Scammers, and scare tactics.  Ignore them and do not converse with them.  Tell them you do not owe the debt and to quit calling you. By law, they are suppose to quit calling and if they do, you can either record them calling again and take them to small claims court. the US Fair Debt Collection Act stipulates that if you tell them to quit calling and do not owe the debt, then by law they are to quit calling.

These people called me, a Jennifer Thomas left a msg on my VM, leaving a threatening message. Never said who she worked for or what the matter was or did not say she was calling from a debt collector. All she said was that she wanted to verify my address so papers could be served or to call 1-855-676-2777 and referred to a case number but said to call them back in so many words that I was going to be in real BIG trouble if I didn't call back.  What SCAMMERS!!!!  I feel sorry for people like that, that they have to take a job collecting commission on peoples debts.  What a low life.  Just ignore people like that. I do not owe anyone and they are calling the wrong person, but whoever they are after, people should know what people are calling about, not for someone to leave such an intimidating message.  If someone wants to talk to me, they need to leave their name, who they are calling for and what it is they want and a call back number.  I just hope next time these people call that I am home so I can tell them where to go and what I think of them. Just ignore these phone calls and don't let them bother you. They are scammers! Worthless!

These people are not a business, their not even listed as a business, BBB dont even know them as a business, but they do know them as a scamming company. What they do is look at people who are in debt. Then they get your personal info (which anyone can now) trying to collect money from you while the real company hired for collecting what you owe go with out. They are true scammers. They have moved 13 times in the past 4 years. They started out in Dallas TX, got caught, packed up that night and moved to Atlanta. Same thing, caught and moved to the next city. They have been in NC, SC, VA, PA, MS and now in IL. They have 3 people that work this scam. Husband and wife plus Leroys sister. Do not pay them a dime. If Agent Leroy Brown calls you saying he will toss you in jail, invite him over. Tell him to bring the court order he has. If they show up at your home dial 911 and get the make, color and tag on their car. They are wanted in 5 states by the Feds!

you make no sense. they never told me i was being served, they left what sounds like a standard message i called, yes its about a debt i owe its on my credit. will i pay it? prob not, but they never said the things your saying here. what was the name of the company your talking about? ive never heard of a crazy thing like that.
as for everyone else yes collections, will they arrest you NO. i took 10 min out fom my day to hear what they had to say and moved on, haven't gotten a call since i told them im not paying it.

they are scammers.  they along with many many companies call my parents and now my partner's phones with all types of "legit" sounding threats and information.  i reported mine to the state atty generals office and have been advised to keep doing so  in these cases.  the best way to get them to stop calling is to have the person they are calling tell they they are reported to your states attny generals office.  i have gtried to cb the numbers they leave but either noone answers or they have no clue what i am talkig about.
