Received a call from this number yesterday and again today. Came up on my call display as MALATEST. I didn't answer.

I googled and they are a research commpany. Try www.malatest.com. It appears they are a Cdn company from the website but the call came in to me as from the US..

I blocked any phone call that do not leave messages

Came up as Government of Canada and said they were doing a survey on education funds for kids.  When they asked if I had any kids under 25, I stated no, they stated I didn't qualify for their survey (not like I was going to answer their questions anyway) and hung up.

I just had the Government of Canada ( on Saturday ) 2.15 pm, on the screen, picked up and was asked to do a survey, I said No, ant then they called again 2 min later no one on the other side, unbelievable

6:15 pm , call display read Govt Canada Gou. No message left by caller, maybe it was Mikey or Pammie looking for a donation.

Called twice with Govt Canada Gou caller ID, did not leave message.I think they just put this name in the call display to fool people to pick up phone.

I too recieved several calls from this number. Title was Government of Canada. It is obviously fraud they are committing and I sincerely hope the Government has their lawyers issue an investigation and a cease and decist order against them. This seriously disgusts me.

Got a call as well...when you call it back it sounds like it is either a lawyers office or a collections agency.  Aren't they breaking a law by miss-representing who they are calling from.

Had two calls in one day, talked to them the first time and told them I was busy.  They called back and left a message, say they were contracted by ISED.  The company that showed up is a legitimate marketing research company, with offices in Alberta, BC and Ontario.  The number that showed on the phone is not theirs, and the message that I got gave me this number from the US.

Received a call from this number at 4pm today, as well as two days ago at supper time.
Didn't answer either call. I am not interested in any surveys, nor am I interested in anything they may be trying to sell me.

Received a call, ID said Malatest, when I answered they wanted me to do a survey regarding the Ontario Provincial Police I said I was busy.  I checked on it and what I found is that the OPP are doing a survey but it is suppose to come by mail with an ID number to do online

That article says that the survey was conducted from Sept. 22 to Nov. 22 in the Northwest Section.  I don't know if they are conducting surveys for other parts of the Province but I am sure that you could easily call the Ministry of the Solicitor General to find out.  In the meantime don't post incomplete information.
