Got a call from a supposed law firm of Patterson and Associates, regarding a law suit against me from a supposed debt back in 2002.  Gave me a callback # of 855-693-9349. Could not give me the litigants name who was suing me.  I do believe this is the same Scammer of Greenfield Patterson and Associates.

My husband got a call on his cell phone for me from a Derek Jones from a supposed "Dept. of Legal Services". Said my "case" was going before San Bernardino County and gave a case number of DL762! Gave a phone number of 855-693-9349 that I am to call. His number shows up as 909-213-2124 and he is located in Colton, Calif.
REMEMBER: If it is a legitimate debt collector (think car loan, mortgage or credit card) they will have your correct phone number, name and address . Plus if you ask them for their information, they will gladly give it. A real debt collector will also be able to provide you with signed loan documents, etc to prove you owe the debt.
Anything else is a scam to scare people.
