I thought it was my friend and I answered "Hey, it's my favorite person!!"  Slight pause and then a click and they hung up.  

ID -- which I checked later -- was "TOLL FREE CALLER."

have blocked 21 numbers or area codes in the last 30 days.  855 is a new area code that has now been blocked.

the scammers are relentless - one area code or number blocked and they call again using a new set of numbers.

They Call NUMEROUS times a day. Don't say anything after repeated Hello's? and then hang up.

Called me by name. Asked if I still lived at: and said my address.Told me he was an elected official named Larry something calling from California, and do I want to help the local youth.
I told him to put me on his do not call list, and he said he'd sure do that, but then started in on his speech.
He was calling from K Designers or something like that.

Have received several calls this week from this number and 800-728-3902, "name not found" as caller ID - no messages - K-Designers in Calif.  

I wonder if we could file a class action law suit, representing all that have complained on this site, others like it and the DNC, claiming harassment, breaking the DNC law and anything else we can think of.

K-Designers sales people ignoring the DNC and calling my number.

I was called 3 times over a span 3 days.  Twice in one day.  I have to say hello twice before I even get a responce from a live person at all.  Each time they said hello mr and mrs.  so and so.  They must have been the people who lived here before me because that is not me but I guess they do not believe me because they keep calling me and asking for the same people even though I keep telling them they have the wrong number and hanging up.

Got a call from them today.  The guy was telling me about K-Designers and their specials and youth donation programs or something or other.  After reading on the i-net about K-Designers, I would not do business with them under any circumstances.  At least the unsolicited call alerted me to this company's scummy practices and to be sure to inform friends and family to avoid them like the plague.

FTC seriously...is there nothing you can do to change your policy of some can call others cannot? And how do these SCAMMERS continually get new numbers???? I think if a person takes the time to register their phone numbers....ALL telemarketers, survey, charities, and politics MUST stop too!!!
This was some scammer asking about remodeling our home!!?! Uh, idiot, we are NOT going with some one that is NOT within our town! We do local businesses Thank you!!!
Yes, the caller id read: Toll Free Call   The call type should say scammer not telemarketer!!!

I have been getting a couple calls a day from these asshats. I went to their web site and explained how I was unhappy with their BS. They are now blocked, as are all 855 numbers.

didn't answer, no message. Called back and someone answered and I told them exactly what I thought of their telespamming. I will NEVER buy anything from this lame company. Marketing call

Got the call on 6-12-2014 at 5:09 PM.  Wanted to do a free inspection of windows and siding.  Number came up as 855-695-4284.  Called the number back and it's a spoof call.  Did have a pleasure of messing with the lady and that my mud and stick hut didn't need vinyl siding...

calls and does not respond to "hello"

K-Designers,
I answered the lady's question to amuse myself, when it got to the climax of scheduling an appointment, I said I wasn't interested, then I heard a click and a man got on the phone and he said "this lady was new and he was the scheduling manager, and how he didn't want me to miss out on this wonderful opportunity", I'm sure he was coaching telemarketing techniques and probably thought he would show her how to reel in a fish. After several affirming "No", and "I don't want siding or want to do anything to my house" he nicely let me go.
