Phone call saying they the county legal claims office. Have a civil complaint against me in form of sd 100.

I got a call that they want money that I owe 1400 on some cc I don't even have and they ask for a debit card number to have on record

This number called me saying they are Legal Support Services  with "photo complaint" against me. What is that anyways? Not to mention they put my SS number on the voicemail

I recieved a call from these people who stated I have a judgement against me.  I told them I haven't received a notice of any kind and kindly gave them the phone number to my attorney's office.

Ariana Danielson from The County legal claims office called me stating I have a judgment against me and they would be mailing a summons for me to appear in court before further action against me is filed and that the summons is for my name and my social security # is attached to this summons WTH! ok F/U take me to court!!

This is crazy. My mother in law got  a call talking about a restraining order on her voice mail. When I call the number 855 201 3478. no web site, no company name, no employee name and so on and so forth. I was also told that I had a credit card from 2007 through Bank of America. Never happened on my part. Just for peace of mind I called B OF A never show me having any account with them. Then I ask for the court information they had none. I Sheriff is going to come to my house. Now they had the last four of my ss# and dob I think something is really wrong.

Foreign Extortion Scam Operations have absolutely no clue how our laws  really work. This is why it sounds so crazy!  They can not get restraining orders and neither can you be arrested for owing a debt. Debt is  a civil matter, not criminal.  As a general rule, they only have the last four of you SSN, never the whole, and never give them any info they want either.  Google your name and phone number and any place like spokeo that comes up,  make them remove the information.  If you have FB, make sure your private info is just that, private.  They glean too much info off the net and steal info from other sources including online forms being filled out.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!! Your entitled to one free credit report from each once a year.

Received a phone call from this number showed as unknown so I didn't answer it.  Left a voice mail stating that he was calling for Harris county and was making a "last attempt" to reach me. Had my name stated that it was associated to my SSN and that a summons was going to be mailed to me.  I don't live in Harris County and I know I don't owe them anything.  Let them summon me to court.  Sounds like a collection agency to me and they are trying to scare people into calling them.
