States is a special investiagators  assistant from a company she wont name with a file  number s he wont  give  stating possibly a class C felony will be filed   ..  debt collectors with intimidation tactics

I received the same call this morning yo call investigator James Johnson about a matter in his office. It also said that I would be charged with a 3rd degree felony if I didn't return the call. The caller did not leave a case number. I'm ready to curse these scam [***] out!

Me too!! Same call..same number..Same NAME!! WTW??? WHO IS IT!! It really pisses me off!

This is a hot box scam. They call to scare tactic victims claiming you are going to be investigated for a potential felony but try to help you avoid it by getting you to pay money.  Rule one if anyone's going to investigate a person they aren't going to call you with a heads up about it. They use multiple 855 numbers and faked caller id numbers to try to get you orca family member to employ their scare tactics. Ignore them log the numbers. Report them to the fbi, your state attorney general

I received call from them this morning on my cell phone  a Mr. James Johnson at this number and another 855-705-7686 stated i owed a collection agency named Eiseman & whitman on a bank of america credit card that i was making payments on and stopped paying, that maybe my payment type change and was never updated. They didnt have my correct address,they were off by several streets and  they addressed me by my maiden name, ( been married decades) and I have NEVER had A credit card form bank of america, When i stated this to Mr,. James Johnson  he said ok ill do what i have to do to you. then hung up. I checked my credit report i see nothing "fishy"

Whitman and eisnburg are part of a group of criminals that use hotbox techniques to steal your money by scaring you into submission. They also use the Nantes goodman and sterns and gsa but it's all one group of criminals. Be careful once they have your number they will keep coming after you using different spoofed caller id numbers. If you ever do get stuck on the phone with them never confirm personal information and demand a debt validation letter sent by certified mail to your address usually they will lie and say multiple notifications were sent to you. Also I suggest recording the calls and reporting them to your state attorney generals office. With any call like these be blunt demand proof don't back down they need you to be  scared and if they can't get that they will stop for a bit and try again at another time with a different scam.

Same call as well, but I do recall all of the information that was given to me, years ago and now. I'm just ready to move on with taking care of this and thankful for them helping me out!

Received several calls from 8557057686, 8557957293 and 8669352205 - this number is all linked to the same scammer James Johnson, threatening charges filed, when called back, they want my social security to verify who I am... Um no....  Received a "demand for payment" letter  and if you search for the company name WWA & Associates, there is no such listing, the address they have supplied 7707 S Orange Ave, #592596, Orlando Florida 32859; is actually in a mail center, not an actual business address. And also on the letter, they have a different number, 8557427148 - they also have my name wrong. Many misspellings in the letter itself, the address is totally wrong, even the state I supposedly live in and the letter does not even sound that it has come from a debt collector - I am sure many of you have received a legitimate one. Also, debt collectors do not call you; they will often send letters and it will be on your credit report is it is real.  Please be careful of this individual. He is scamming people.

This number keeps calling me now is calling my ex husband and his gf looking for me. How did they get there numbrrs.... Strange...I'm getting the same message as everyone else and its annoying.. Getting tivked off already

I've been getting this same Atty James Johnson from 855-705-7686 and previously from 855-795-7293. Definitely a scam. Had incorrect last four of my so called social security number, etc. This time he called when I got the call from 855-705-7293 a Sonja left a message. Called them back and Sonja transferred me to Atty James Johnson.

How do I report these people?

I receive the same call. I wish they would stop calling me
