Again, another call from 855-728-4012    We are on the Do Not Call Registry, that apparently
is meaningless.

this has got to stop three days in a row bout the same time of day what the hell are they calling for and not saying ne thing than hanging uo so i dont answer and they dont leave a voice mail...frigging irritating

Strange way to do business - call you up during dinner hour and leave you with a dead phone in your hand. Not conducive to making me want to buy service frm them.

This number is Verizon?!  they keep calling with no msg left.  Apparently my carrier can override blocked marketing calls.

They called offering me an extra minute bonus of 500 minutes to renew my contract.  I told them to shove it.

I get calls from this number every day around 6 to 7 PM.  The phone rings about 6 times.  If I pick up there is dead silence and nothing.  After I hang up it calls back again.  There are always 2 calls in a row.  Weather I pick up or not. Nothing is ever there.

Do Not Call doesn't apply if you're already a Verizon subscriber - quirk in the DNC law - if you're already a customer, they can call to offer you new features, promotions, etc.  I don't like seeing a number I don't recognize, so I just don't answer....

This number calls, dead line.  Hang up, they call right back.  

It's one of those mass dial computers, and if an operator isn't handy why you answer you get dead air.

GREAT way to do business, who wouldn't want to buy something from a company that doesn't give a damn?

I received a call from this number and it was a Verizon product/deal related call. The person on the other end did sound highly suspicious. Hmm... How do I know that its really a legit Verizon call?

DNC says that even if you are a customer, you can tell the company not to call you, and that takes precedence over the "existing relationship"

I finally answered after getting calls from this number for a few weeks. I didn't say anything, but it was a man from Verizon Wireless asking for my full name. After I said nothing, he said if I have any questions to call Verizon Wireless back at the number he called me.

Rings through to answering machine, they breath into the phone then hangup without leaving a message.

Missed call.  Did not answer since I did not recognize the number.  Nice to know it was only a telemarketer from my carrier, Verizon.  This is a great resource!

I got 2 calls in a row at 10:59 AM today, no message.  If it is advertisment for Verizon than this is crab.  You don't call people any hour of the day and then don't leave a message.  Anyway I wouldn't make no deals over the phone.  If I want more minutes or something I go to one of their stores or On-line.  I sure don't need them to call me.

It's the Verizon customer service department. Generally they don't call unless they need to inform you of something, are offering a promotion or you scheduled a call with them. It's an existing business relationship so they're allowed to do so.

The reason they don't leave a message is so as not to discuss your account with an unauthorized party.

I've had 13 back two at a time every day since March 9th.  Please stop.  I'm on the Do Not Cal List!

Someone from Verizon is calling me everyday from this number.  They say nothing when I answer and then they hang up. The only way I knew it was Verizon is because I called the number back and got a Verizon Automated Answer. Isn't this harassment?
I do not have and do not want Verizon service for anything.

Glad to know it is verizon.  Why not leave a message?  It drives me crazy.  If they want to get in touch w/ me leave a message like the rest of the world does.
