this is a debt collection agency, a single man really, someone called dave, at arlington & associates, that will spend his lidfe calling everyone but the person he need to call, rude, offensive and will proclaim he has court papers, supoenas etc to threaten you to call him back.

This company calls from this phone number and Dave's person cell number which is 903-740-0928. This company is a fake and is trying to scare people into paying a fake debt. I have reported them to the Attorney General of Texas (Dave lives in Texas), the FBI and the Federal Trade Comission. I encourage you to do the same. with enough people filing they will shut them down like they have other companies like this.

I received a call from a private number on my home phone from some guy stating he had court papers to deliver to me.  When I asked what for, he gave me this phone number. I called the number and was told to either pay the debt or be sued.  When asked who it was for, it was a debt from 8 years ago that has fallen off the face of the earth until now.  I was told from Nigel that the person handling the case had a CNB M/C number on file and could charge it for the amount owed.  I asked what that was and he told me the M/C was usually associated with another company such as Kmart or Sears.  I told him that I had to call him back.  I have until 5:00 p.m. central time to call him back.  I did some research and found that the debt had been sold a couple of times however the last agency that had it, didn't have any records of it.  Therefore the debt no longer exists.  She looked up the number on-line and found other people's comments on this phone number.  I was advised not to pay the so-called claim, which I will not and to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, which I did right after I hung up the phone with her.  Do not let these people threaten you!  Research the so-called debt from the very beginning to see if it still even exists!  You will save yourself a headache, time and money!

This number comes across as RESTRICTED although they never leave a message.  They did call my Ex Husband and he did answer it and they identified themselves as a Process Server and said that it was very important that I get back with them as it was a very time sensitive matter!  A few days later my daughter got a call from them and said the same thing, but she took the number down and a case file #.  the number was this 855-744-9376.  My ex lives in Colorado and my daughter lives in Florida and I haven't had that last name for over 12 years.  It all sounds so bogus and after reading all of this I know it is and further more I am not sure what debt or papers they could serve me.  I think they just like to frighten people.

This guy(MARK MILLER) called from this number and left a message on my phone referring to a person with the same last name as me.
He gave a case# and said to call him immediately.
I called back and left a message on their machine that he had the wrong number just to be helpful.
After reading the other comments here I wish I had left it alone.
