I received a call from this guy named Ray Stiles saying that he will serve papers if I don't pay him $ that I don't owe I always receive calls from these morons
They never serve me,so it is all bs.
First of all,if they are suing me,they would send paperwork from a legitimate lawyer,stating the intent to sue,right?Never believe someone on the phone,because they are full of it n even if the information is true,always deny it and you never give anyone that you don't know any information,even if it is true. These people use scare tactics to get you to pay,but I always avoid it because it is bs,that is how it is.
These people need to hang and go away forever.
Has anyone received a call from someone named Ray Stiles from this #?

Yes just got a call yesterday marked private from.this guy used the same name. Scared me at first, thanks for posting.

This guy called me restricted on my cell phone then says he is a process server and that I have 24hrs to call 855-754-8684 to resolve this court matter.  I checked the  list of certified process servers in my state and he is no where to be found on the list.  If this guy call you dont respond!!  If you want to sue to me send me papers and take me to court!  

Yes, i got a call from Ray Stiles today 2/12/14 with some message about serving me for a case that i am unfamiliar with.  I will be be ignoring him unless he can mail to me papers from a lawyers office.

Yes, received a call on Tuesday indicating the he will be at my residents to serve me papers between 10am and 2 pm on Thursday. Then on Wednesday he insisted to call and leave another message. Here it is Thursday and just left another message saying he will be here at 1 pm. Time will tell. First off I returned the call on Tuesday requesting a validation letter, tried to give me a run around about if they pay for a courier then I will be required to pay the court cost etc on top of some bill I "owe". They offered to send me an email.
