According to all my research with the attorney general and ftc, there is no listing for this company in any state. They are not registered to do business according to the attorney general and will be shut down asap. Don't ever pay a penny to a "company" that not even the attorney general can find

called to say i owe bayside cash 540.00.refused to give me a physical address and told me to that they are working with jgp associates also so there is more than one person you are dealing with. i thought about making payment arrangements and went through with it but after reading and trying to find information about this company.i found out bayside cash is not licensed to do business in tn therefore according to other post i am only responsible for the initial loan amount of 300 which according to various blogs i am not responsible for interest on this loan at which ive paid 180.00. So i think i will try to pay the other 120.00 owed to bayside cash by moneyorder. they threaten to sue and claim they are lawyers which they are not just another collection agency. i also tried to find out more informaation about this agency but cannot locate them. Very fishy.

A man named John Perry called me from this same group demanding that I set up a pmt plan for a payday loan from Beachside cash that was for $400. He would not give me my original loan amount but that the total was $1015.  Very rude individual...told me to keep quiet until he was finished talking. He also told me payday loans arent covered under bankruptcy, when in fact, they are. Do not give them a penny!!!!  Just trying to scare you...don't listen!!!

was called by some guy named "steve" which im sure isnt his name.. he claims he can suspend my driver license and gonna have the sheriffs come to my house!!!!! what a joke.. these people cant do anything!!!!! I called the state and they found no listing for that company.. they either are a scam or running under a fake company!!! After doing a bit of my own investigating, i found out some very good info on these people. once i confirm with the original creditor, i will have all the REAL info posted about this company up very soon!!

Just received a call from 855-770-9855 on my office's direct land line, was asked if I am an attorney (I am a research scientist at a nonprofit cancer research center) and was threatened with litigation by someone claiming to have received repeated calls from my line soliciting for magazines and asking for payment. He indicated his attorney was "in the next room" and he was going to talk to him about coming after me. This is the number that showed up on my caller id, but when I called it back, someone else answered, said he was "getting all sorts of weird numbers" because he is foreign, refused to tell me the name of the "store" he was working at, claimed I had the wrong number and then hung up.

I just received a call from this guy named John Perry.  He stated that I owed Beach Side Cash also and I agreed for the settlement.  I hope it is not fraud but must be by these post.

calls and says he is a sheriff and has court documents to serve me and i better be home. come to find out this place does not even exist in the state of georgia and after further review this company does not exist anywhere within the united states.. they call from what is known as a "spoof" number.. a number that they make up to show on your caller id. i played the game with them pretending to want to make payment and spoke to one guy who gave me a georgia address which was a po box at the ups store lol and then spoke to someone else who told me they were in amherst, NY?!?!?!?!?!? this place must be running under a fake company or something.. too fishy, so i contacted both the attorney general in GA as well as NY and neither have any listing whatsoever (not even a pending listing) for these people. However when i spoke with a woman at the attorney generals office in NY i was told she has received over 15 complaints about, not the only their tatics by saying the police are going to pick them up but also several complaints about how their company "baxter, roth and feinstein" does not exist... i used to be a bill collector so i am going to look into this place and find out the real info so please stay tuned. DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY.. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE MY DEBT WAS, BAYSIDE SAID IT WAS WITH "DMP" WHICH I LOOKED UP AND IS "DEBT MANAGEMENT PARTNERS" it looks like they hire whoever to work their paper that they buy for pennies on the dollar, so if you do pay these people (AND I WARN YOU TO NOT PAY THEM) at least know that they bought your account for pennies on the dollar and never offer over 25% of what u owe!!!!! if u keep telling them that u will pay 25% of ur bill to settle it they will ke3ep saying no but if everyone does it they will have no choice cause then they arent making any moey!!!! I WILL GO OUT SAYING THIS... IT IS A PAYDAY LOAN!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT AND CANNOT GARNISH YOUR WAGES, GO INTO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, HAVE THE POLICE COME AND FINALLY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!!! LET THEM FILE A JUDGMENT (WHICH THEY WONT) BECAUSE IT WOULD COST THEM TOO MUCH MO0NEY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN YOUR STATE OUR ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE YOU LIVE. IN MOST STATES, PAYDAY LOANS ARE ILLEGAL ANYWAYS BECAUSE OF THE INTEREST THEY CHARGE SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS.. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO PAY THIS BILL FOR COMMISSION CHECKS BUT TRUST M FROM BEING IN COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS, THEY CANT DO A DAMN THING NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY.. There is no way anyone called you and stated that. I know for a fact that all calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance.  Stop the LIES! And stop the NONSENSE...  I’m sorry but if you feel that these are the steps that you need to take to get out of paying your bills, so be it but stopping others who may actualy care about thier credit. If your not going to pay back money that you borrowed then YOU SHOULD NOT BE BORROWING MONEY FROM ANYONE. furthermore Read your contract, you have the right for legal arbitration if your loan is in default.
