Got a call from this number saying file go to court

Same message saying person is avoiding summons.  I have yet to see any summons or process server come to office for this person.  Nice try SCAMMERS!!!

This number calls family members saying we better call or they will put out a warrant for arrest. They give a "docket" number and says his name is Paul bufford

Guy said he name was Galvin Speers. Said my exwife need to appear in Fayette County Court, and that she needed to call 855-772-3299. Good try scammer

I received a call saying that in order for my brother to avoid a Failure To Appear in Livingston County, he needed to call this #.  He gave me a case # and said his name was Calvin Spears.  I'm glad I Googled this before I gave the info to my brother, or called the # myself!

Galvin Speakers saying same stuff about avoiding him. Called parents saying the same.

Got a call about my sister going to court  and a warrant out for her arrest. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing as the others. Called with a document number stating there was a warrant for my arrest . Said to tell them I talked to Galvin Spears. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Someone by the name of Paul Bufford called my parent's this morning saying that I missed a court summons date and that she needed to have me call him or they were going to have a warrant put out for my arrest.  Well, since I haven't been summoned to court, I knew this was a scam.  I called my local police department about it and they said this is a common way for scammers to try and get money from people.  Really wish people would stop being scum!!!

Received a call from Galvin Spears at a company called Falkner & Associates asking for my daughter...He even gave me a reference # and said it was for a possible appearance in court. No other details given.

They called my aunt as Shannon Thompson, fake docu mentioned number, no other details
