Something about being the American disability network.  Doubt it, though. Probably just scammers.

Stop calling this number. Illegal to call at 330am.

Called at 3:09  AM!!!  Voicemail left no identifying information....told me to "Press 1 to receive the call or press 2 to end it."  Who the heck calls at 3:09 AM unless I know them and it's an emergency???!!!

Telephone call from this number 855-781-9899 came in at 1:09 am.  No identifying info only voicemail promting to Press 1 to receive or 2 to end.  If my phone rings at this time of the morning it should be family or emergency!

Callers claim to be part of the nonprofit "Americans with Disabilities." Every time they've called, their caller has a very heavy accent making it very hard to understand them and so far none of them have beenvable to pronounce the names of the of the cities/towns whose disabled Americans they say the collections will go towards. Any questioning of their legitimacy and caller hangs up.
