the calls need to stop that go to inlaws and other people I know.. It's none of anyone's business.

Received a call from this so-called RTH Group saying if I don't make a payment I will be summoned to court.  This is in relation to a payday loan I received more than a year ago.  This is fraudulent.  You cannot be summoned to court or arrested for money owed to a payday loan vendor.  They also contacted family and friends.  This needs to stop IMMEDIATELY.

Yes you can be sued for not paying as you agreed, but that does not result in a sentence. Instead, it results in a money judgment and possibly garnishment of wages and such.

Got an odd message on the answering machine for a family member that lives 2 hours away.  Caller left a "case number" and said you have one opportunity to settle this with the plaintiff, consider yourself served.  We have no idea what this is in reference to and it sounds like a scam to me.

Continued threatening calls for over 3 months now to my employer and home.  A Sean Weber says I need to call 855-784-7428, otherwise he is coming to my work to serve me court summons.  Won't identify who he works for, won't provide proof of debt neither will the toll free number listed.  Keeps saying I have committed check fraud against the bank.

I have heart problems and am not well.  These people have been advised not to call and continue, always using a PRIVATE NUMBER on caller ID.

Same thing happened today to me. Saying check fraud. They called my work and cell saying I owe money. This is a scam!

Got a call today at work, had my info and address. Sd would send a process server to my house. This is based on a legitimate payday loan that I have been unable to pay but according to my State Attny they can not arrest you or send out an actual process server. They can garnish wages if they choose to go that route.

I had a message on my cell phone from Mr. Weber for a family member. He spoke as if he was leaving the message for that person....not saying that he wanted me to have them call him back. My family member has been receiving these calls for almost 2 years now. Most of the time to calls come from people who can't even speak English. My family member has had their attorney call the numbers in the past but it didn't do any good. Mr. Weber called from an unknown number so I can't block the call but if he calls again I CAN and WILL give him a piece of my mind and let him know that he is not to call me again as I am not the person he is trying to reach.

Yes, I received a call at my job from a guy called Paul Lewis. Saying he has several cover sheets on me. For check fraud. Saying he was going to bring a summons to my house to go to court... RTH was the plaintiff... I know that this is fraudelant. Because I kept asking him questions. He got really upset and he mentioned that he was calling from his cell...Now come on...

I too have been called this morning from a Ryan Franklin. He did not identify what company he is with but did state he received a complaint to his office fax this morning to call the plantiff with one time opportunity to resolve the matter directly to 855-784-7428 and provided a case #. it sounded as though he was being coached through the call as there was another guy in the back ground providing him with the numbers to state on the message. Attempted to call the number he gave but it is coming out with a busy signal. Rediculus how they state you are officially notified through a voicemail.....

I received a call today at my place of business for one of my employees.  The caller was a Ryan Franklin.  He was trying to intemidate one of my clerks into giving the employee's phone number to him.  She quickly told him she could not do that and gave the phone to me.  I had to ask him who he was... trying to get a name.  When I asked who he was with he simply said he was a "state process server".  I have always had state servers deliver paperwork in person at our work site, never by phone, and they were always forcoming with who they were and who they worked for.  He gave a case # for the associate to reference and then he warned that my associate had a court date coming up and if he didn't make the date they would have to come to work and serve him.  This did not make sence.  Either way, I asked what the court date was.  He said he could not give me any further information as he would lose his job by disclosing this.  AMAZING!  He wanted my clerk to disclose a personal phone number but he could not give me a court date.  Since this was clearly fishy I called my husband, who is a state police officer.  He confirmed, this is not the proper process for being served... for civil or crimial.  I then called the number he gave 1-855-784-7428.  The automated voice stated it was the RTH Group, nothing further.

Not if they are illegal. Payday loans from Indian Tribes are not legal. Check out there status online

These men have called my work, my in-laws, my ex-husband's wife, my ex-husbands daughter telling them they're PROCESS SERVERS and I am going to go to jail for check fraud!!!

Called my Attorney, nothing he can do without a physical company address. Of course they won't give me any information when I tried to act cooperative when I called them back!!!!!!ARG!!!!!!!!  

I hope hell has a special torture place for these people!!!!!

I received a voice mail from this number on my cell phone today. I don't use my cell phone for anything other than family. A guy named Sean Davis asked for Natalie so-and-so, told her it was a summons he received for her and that she has been "officially notified!" Uhm, no she hasn't been. I don't know this Natalie and her # is not my #.
