This is a debt collection company using illegal scare tactics to try to get you to pay old zombie debt that no one can legally collect. pay no attention to them they've called me five times and every time they are on the way to my house that was about three months ago don't be fooled

LMAO yeah me too, they say they went to my house, they didn't look hard enough lol, now they say they'll meet me in the lobby where I work, lol WHAT LOBBY, duhhhhhh!

this company called me about a loan I didnt take out. and threatened to show up at my work and have my supervisor be a witness to me being served.

This company has called my job several times and my son, using their scare tactics. regarding coming to my home and my place of business.

I get this call on my cell phone.  They say that there is a claim against me and they are going to serve me at my place of business.  They call a few times, stop, then start up again with a new person.

This company called: ACB & Associates, saying a wage garnishment will be filed, but could not tell me from who or what company

ACB & Assoc call my cell and say there is a claim against me.  It stops for a while, then they start again.  I have no outstanding bills.

Just got a vm with a recording stating there is a claim against me and I should call them immediately! I'll get right on that...

These people should be put in jail themselves, they have no right to use scare tactics or for that matter arrest anyone, or come by anyone house.  Just ignore them, the police is very aware of their activities and the owner of this collection company has two outstanding warrants herself.  Very low.........If they could collect the legal way they would not have to use the scare tactics.  Obviously this is a nightmare for everyone, but hang in there and they will hopefully give up.  They keep calling people, changing the name of their companies every couple of days, and even the reference number!!!  They are using the computer software to make it look like they are calling you from a different locations in the United States.  It's been over 6 months for me, the last time I spoke with someone I almost paid them because I was horrified, but when they requested that I go to nearby Walgreens to get the "money green" for $1,600 and call them back with the code, I knew right then that this was a scam.   Most of these so called collection agencies are located outside the United States so they don't have to obey the proper procedure to collect.   I wish they would make up their mind what the company is called, once they called me from Destiny restitution and then later ACD Associates.  If you have a proof that I owe anything to anyone please mail it to me with the explanation and I will arrange for payments.  I don't like to owe anyone anything, I would pay if I really owe anything but I'm not paying you only because you gone scare.  I know the law very well, so please don't fool aroung with innocent people and do it the right way.  I'm sure if you did it right and be nice and courtages more people would pay you back if they owe, which is another subject.   Please send the paperwork to my house first and explain what I owe, so I can look at it, than I will call you back.  I have never received a single letter or explanation from these people.

This company just called me, And said that I had wrote bad checks, and legal actions are going against me, I need to call them or my legal team, When I called back to speak to the person who called me, they said that she was in a meeting, And that she would call me back, Never called back, so I called them, I kept asking them what company are they and they would never tell me.

As you already know Sammie,  they are scams..I wouldn't even mess with them.

Just got another call..it's been about 3 months now since the last one and I thought they were on their way over...must be a long drive. Claim that I owe for a payday loan- I have never had a payday loan and they are illegal in AZ. - Once again they are coming to serve me and have me arrested for defrauding a bank.

Scam. They advertise themselves as MSN. Please be aware

They are scam artists!!  They told me my E mail was corrupted and I needed to have a team of technicians take care of the "virus" for almost $200.  I quickly realized that their information  was bogus and got off the line!!

again they tried to scam me but i have blocked them , this is the number : 1-855-785-2511, please don't deal with this number

Number listed as a lad runner technical support no true googled this number

I also tried to get road runner technical support, got these people, wanted to send me to another "programmer for a fee".  Told them no thanks.  Got scammed by Sloxsoft a year ago, charged 200 for help, then kept calling me to install security for more $$.  Just got call for supposed refund, wanted access to my bank account.  Told them no, called me a "lying [***]" then said my husband and I would "rot in hell."  Happy Holidays!
