I received a called today regarding an investigation report-Michigan

i got the same call today,, saying his name was brain winters, something about an investigation,,come on people,,,

i got the same thing brian winters with HW Associates, to call back in regards to investigation. they have been calling for weeks.  Is it a scam?

I got the same call so I called them back and to my surprise it was not a scam.... It was a old problem that I thought was taken care of. They were actively investigating this.......so NO it is not a scam.......

Oh for Petes Sake!!!.....  this is a damn scam and  Yeah Yeah is a Shill.....This scam is getting a little long in the tooth,  you'd think people would realize that by now.

I have been receiving calls for weeks and they are saying they are going to freeze whatever bank accounts I have and it is in regards to a check fraud and loan default.. i don't think I have anything out there...is it a scam?

Received a call from this Jack A** a week ago on my work phone - not sure who they were looking for because they didn't leave a name...this is a scam and a violation of the FDCPA by divulging confidential information on an answer machine...please do not give in on these people - they are scammers! Take my word for it...I've done the research - only thing they do is collect old debts and try to make a profit on the weak-minded people.

Brian winters called said he was from h w associates says its,a,legal matter and warrents and legal papers are beimg sent to my home and work. What BS its a SCAM

I got a call months ago that i was getting a summons the next day........its just a scare tactic.......I said see you in court lol......and they still call everyday.......now today they left a message saying this is the last warning  that i will receive a summons at my home or work lol......this is over a $300 credit card trying to say i owe $3000 for this with fees included.....and the statue of limitations is almost up if not already.............they can call all they want I screen my phone calls lol

Got the robo-call minutes ago. They never say who the message is intended for. TOTAL F%&$ING SCAM!!!

I'm glad I did a reverse number look-up.  I didn't think the call I got was legit, first it was left on my recorder and second it didn't make any sense.  Legal matters aren't usually handled over the phone.  I sure hope folks don't fall for this.

This is twice, I recieved this call, when I call them, they say will take our number of there list, but yet I still get phone calls.
