It's a collection agency.  Searching online it looks like the company is called FMS.

I just received a call from this number.

I just got a call from this number at work!!!!   Ryan Clark told me if I did not let them know what I planned on doing about a "On line" loan I had not paid back then they would send it to court and have papers served.  Is this another scam????

Got a call from someone saying they are an arbitrator for CMS or FMS saying that I had defrauded someone and they would be sending papers to the local county courthouse...but if I call them back they can settle the matter. Don't know who this is, not even sure what it is about, but nothing has come to the house paperwise.   The attorney general and the head of security at my local bank said not to call them back since this is a information gathering scam.

I got a call from this number - didn't answer the call - they left a message saying they were my insurance company and needed to update my health information.  It definitely IS NOT the number for my health insurance company!!

Not a scam!!! Calling to do a Health Risk Assesment!

Pretty certain I left a comment on this number before, seems it needs to be done again (probably been a year since I left it anyways)...

Despite this number being flagged as "Suspected Spam" on my smartphone, the number is from Select Health, who happens to be my Medicare coverage.

It's a legitimate number, although based on other comments here, it might be possible some scammers are spoofing it to get calls to go through on a number that wouldn't be blocked by those that has them as their insurance coverage (this might also explain why the number is getting flagged as "Suspected Spam").
