april horton keeps calling me at home and work telling me i will go to jail if i don't pay my debt

I had received a call from these people as well on Monday. The voice message was from a Heather Steiger who said she was a mediator for CMS and something about something being filed with the county where I live due to malicious intent to defraud a financial instititution. I have never heard of this company in my life. They have not sent me any mail in regards to any debt. I could not find any info about them on the internet. I found a cms company website but if you go to their website it has a disclaimer that says if you get a call from an 855 area code it is nothing to do with them. Then if you try to call them back it goes straight to voicemail every time and the weird thing is everyday I have called them this week the voice mail says something different. On Tuesday it said the office of CMS and Joseph Ross. Yesterday it said Heather Steiger with CMS and today it said April Horton. I left a message yesterday for them to call me back but have not heard anything back yet. Something is not right with this company.....
