Have called me at work everyday! I either get a robo call or a woman saying i had a loan with e-payday. I asked her to send me proof in writing that it's my bill. She asked me to verify my ss#. I Said no and asked her to stop calling me. The calls continue with a robocall today that stated, "We are contacting youwith an opportunity to rectify an outstanding matter has been placed in our office for commencement of activity. This offer is being given due to the economy and time. This offer is only good for the month of January(ummm it is Feb. 14) "It has to be addressed within the next 24 hours after receiving this message you qualify for up to 70percent discount on the case that is pending further action. Please contact our office at 855-818-7989 ext. 503. Who are these people? Any thoughts?

What a crock these people are.  When I called them they had no idea who I was.  Ohh ya "we have a case against you for blah blah"  Send me some info so I can verify if I owe them any monies.  OOPPS  sorry did I put up a front, they HUNG UP.

Niagra Arbitration is a SCAM. They harass people non-stop. Look at all these claims. They will leave a message on your phone saying; “they have a case they’re filing against you at your local court office. “When you call them back they will curse you and then start playing a recording of people having sex.

These people are out to get your information and have nothing better to do with their time. Avoid them.

Yes Niagra Arbitration - they are harassing my brother nonstop.  I put his name on a payday loan as a reference, I did take the loan out and I did pay it back.. on time..  so why are they calling??  They were calling my work before my brother and my boss told them i no longer worked there.  they stopped calling the work but then started on my brother.  I told him to tell them I am having my friend in the FBI check them out to ensure they are legitimate because I've been scammed before.  They will need to be prepared with account number, account name, exact dollar amount and date the loan was taken out along with date it was supposed to be paid off when i called them back.  They never called again.

Just to be clear.. Niagara Arbitration started calling after the payday loan was taken out.. i did not get a payday loan from any company named Niagara Arbitration.. perhaps it was coincidence but it is the only thing that makes sense because I do not use my brother for a reference on anything.  Maybe that's the only relative they found of mine?  No.. I have 1 other brother and 4 sisters, two parents and many aunts and uncles with the same last name.. nobody else is getting a call.  So the Payday loan company either sold the info OR this other company STOLD the info.  Either way.

I am so very up set I cant hardly stand it I got a call from Niagara in 01-3-13 and told me I had a payday loan which I ask what was the payday loan name he told it was a company name cash line and I new I had a loan which I thought it was paid off I  never got any thing from cash lone about anything . well I got a debt card and put money on it every month it was to the agreement which we made well after each time I put money on the card I would  have to call them so they could draw the money out on 4-29-13 well I called but 855-818-7989 got  a recording  this # is not sit up for taking calls well I learn my lesson the hard way
