I contact the FBI who told me to also call the FTC.  I lodged a complaint and a case was established.  There is also another number they called from 877-382-4357.  FBI looked up nrs and stated that number certainly appeared to be associated with scam.

The SCAM and beneath the dirt artist claimed to represent the state.  They gave demographic information about myself (not all of it correct mind you), but the obvious intent was to frighten me into thinking that they had the "goods" on me. They provided a so called case nr too.  They called on my home and cell numbers.   They even inferred that a relative was in on this suppose scheme.  

Two names that called are Tracy Anderson and Christina Bowers.  When I had tried calling back, no one answered then the number called me and I told them to identify themselves.  Christina Bowers kept saying I should give her the case nr, I told her since they called my number, tell me who I am with the information they left on the VM.  I was so outraged that I said a few choice things -
