Give me break. Like these are legit comments? I am almost positive this VCS -Vison Credit Solutions" new name and they are scumbags. It's only a matter of time before the truthful comments come out that aren't done by employees.

Those threads also contained fake positive posts.

These people are idiots and constantly call and send text messages to my phone.  They claim they have some returned item from your bank.

Actually Traci I talked to a rep today from this company and they helped me resolve a matter that escalated out of control! No other company that has called me on the matter was willing to work with me and this company did! They helped me fix the matter with payments that I was able to handle! Im assuming that you didnt respond to the text that was sent.....whos the idiot?

I have received many calls like this from many different companies. they are all the same. they want to fax and email everything. what i have learned is anyone who does not send you corespondence through the United States Postal Service on company letterhead with address and phone number contact info is not someone you need to concern yourself with, even if they have info an a real debt you have. Even if the debt is legit, that doesn't mean they are the legitimate holder and you may not be out of debt if you give them money. And if they do own it, if they won't send you things in the mail as i mentioned above, then they are a shady outfit that violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and again, you need not concern yourself with them.

they also call from 720-356-0171 and leave a message from 'William Fields' saying that this is a very important matter and that it needs to be resolved before the next steps are taken in your jurisdiction.

Got the same calls to my VM just like hillary eden that sounded like a recording from Wiliam Fields and a Ms Reynolds. I have them still recorded and regarless of how it seem they are treating people. When I called the number (7865230343) that they left on the message to to try and get their mailing address for a C&D letter to be sent. I had one rude rep that wasnt trying to let me explain what I needed. She sme that she doesnt feel comfortable giving me that info and that she doesnt talk to morons. So I went off and she hung up the phone. So I called back. Had another rep just hung up on me. Then I called back and got this gentleman and I asked where they were located and he said Amherst NY where the 786 area code is in Miami Fl. After he told that he hunged up not wondering if I was finished. And on any voicemail they didnt tell you the company that they are calling from.
