RCS Regional Credict Solutions, they are scammers trying to get info out of you and take your money. They are not a real company.

I work for an attorney as a paralegal.  This job allows me the knowledge and access to some great information.  Except when it comes to calls like this.  I call them back, tell them I work for an attorney and that it is illegal to call our business.  They believe that!

I have contacted   AGAIN  the Illinois Atty Gen Office and complained about this.

A co-worker got a call for me from 855-837-9962. It was a recorded message stating they were contacting me in regard to something returned from my bank. I knew nothing was returned, so I called back - one, because they were leaving messages on my co-workers phone, and two because I knew it was a mistake. When I called and asked them to stop calling, that they had incorrect information, I was screamed at, told I was going to have my wages garnished, and hung up on. I called back, got a different person, and was again told I was going to have my wages garnished and when I stated that if it was indeed a legitimate debt, that they should send the information to the address of record, was told they didn't have time for that and again, hung up on. This is ridiculous! How are these people allowed to opperate??

I just called their new local number back 360-350-5920.  Asked them who they were trying to get in touch with.  He said the name was "Solo".  That is not now or never has been my name, I told him so and asked to be taken off their call list.  Since these calls come at the same time every day, I'll know tomorrow if they took me off the automated call list.

Then it's about time for you to have a meeting with your manager or supervisor concerning these calls.  Being straight forward with them will most often put them on your side in getting the calls stopped or dealt with in some manner.   These people call work places in order to make the business managers mad so that they will demand that you take care of it.

Mr horton got 150 out of me, then put me thru to a A$$OLE supervisor who was rude and refused to give me any info on the NCW billing company they use to collect the debt, and now are "taking me to court"  wtf do i pay these people???? they claim they bought my debt form iadvance... i paid it!!! help!

If your post is true,  then you deserve every dime they can get out of you.  I can't believe that anyone can be so gullible and then come on a public discussion board and ask  "wtf do i pay these people".    The answer to that question is that the horse is already out of the gate.  You never,  ever, ever,   give anyone a single penny because they call you up on the phone and demand it.  Not one penny to anyone until it is fully validated and ownership of the debt as well as the legal right to claim and collect is validated.  Make them proove that they are the legal and rightful owners......IN WRITING.   Anything less is unacceptable.   And yet,  I really am having a problem in believing your post.  If I am wrong,  I apologize,  however I believe your post is nothing more than an effort to make this Mr. Horton look like a real BadAss so that people will fear him.....and bend over.

I have the recording of it on my land-line phone, as I didn't answer the call.
It was timed & dated as 3/5/13 2:05pm
What I have written below is not a direct word-for-word of the recording.
It was from a Miss Colmen (not quite sure of the spelling, or even the name, as the recording was not too clear.
The caller said she was from RCF (I'm assuming, from my search online to be 'Regional Credit Solutions") concerning a legal matter of their client Annie Shulstis (not sure of that last name in spelling & pronunciation either), to settle this un-named legal matter out of court, if possible.
This Miss Colmen gave her toll free call back number as 855-837-9962 ext 408.

Where & to whom do I report this?  My local police, FBI, BBB.....?

I got a call from RCF stating I have a loan thru Ezmoney Loans. They asked for 3 payments @ 200.00 for three months, or 3 months of payments of a total of 1149.00. She couldn't even lie right..I told her I needed proof of debt before I send $$$. She said I had to pay her first before she could print out paperwork. She said I had to give her my bank card by tomorrow and just to leave my card number on her voicemail with the CV code..I replied okay..yeah right in your dreams...She said she will turn papers over to her attorney tomorrow if I don't pay. The number she called from 855-837-9962...Ext 455 Crystal Mystaleski.. I asked her how to spell her name for my paperwork. She told me it was too hard to spell not to worry about it..Total scam..
