    No, it isn't BC/BS.  It's a robo call from someone you really don't want to talk to.  The best solution is to contact you state attorney general's office and file a complaint.

    Received a call from this number today, the phone rang, twice, I answered and they hung up.   I tried to return the call and the answering machine said it was Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the office was closed.  Will try this number tomorrow.
