Left no message - I let it ring

Recording from Interstate Waste Services (garbage collector) notifying of a change in the garbage collection schedule due to a holiday.

This is a bill collector trying to collect a 25 year old loan that wasn't even mine. That has been disputed several times.

After reading your posts, I answered it. Guy was a hard accent asked for me by name. I answered yes. He asked if I ever lived at my home address? I answered no.... HE HUNG UP. I called back, nobody answered....

this number continuously calls my (underage) daughters cell phone.

Someone / Anyone, Please immediately make 1-855-840-0089 STOP calling my home!

I have received six telephone calls from 1-855-840-0089 since August 27, 2012!

Keep receiving calls from this number, but they never leave me a voice mail message, and I don't answer calls unless I know the number.

We are constantly getting calls for  other people that we have NOTHING TO DO WITH FINANCIALLY OR LEAGALLY FROM ALOT OF FINANCIAL DEBT COLLECTORS- I am not sure HOW THEY GET OUR NUMBER BUT I AM TIRED OF IT.
One of the number is  1-855-840-0089 they call- do not leave a message and it hangs up. Or they call for some
one that does not live here and we have NOTHING to do with these people!

This number keeps calling every day. Doesn't leave message. I tried to call back after 2 weeks of them calling me. I got a partial recording saying invalid destination #.

Yeah, this could be a debt collector and would be happy to call 'em back if they just left a message. I think it's an inital robot-calling and when it senses it's not a live person, it hangs up. Oh, well, I just want to let them know... Let me know who the F* you are and you might get paid!

Same M.O., calls, no message. I want to tell them, "Leave a message and you just might get paid, if I know who the F* you are..." I guess it's a robo-caller since it just hangs up.

i just received a call from 855-840-0089 i answered and it was a guy with a heavy accent probably from nigeria asking for me i said this is his brother and he is not around! he is a f*cken bill collector! these b*stards dont have anything else to do but call every 5 minutes!

just received a call from a woman.  I believe her name is Amanda the name of the Co is something resource,  Anyway we just had a huge hurricane , toms River, NJ.  I explained it to her , she got nasty and called me a [***] .  I know this is against the FCA law , By law she is not allowed to do that.  If anyone finds this company out post a message.  i want to sue her, I know I can because I am a paralegal , the lawyer I work does work for a collection agency, and said her conduct is not allowed it is against collectors rights to use any profanity

Get this call every morning at 9:00 am.  third shift worker, how can we block this number?

Got a call from this number tonight. Same M.O., call with no voice mail. It was on my cell phone so I'll answer once and if it becomes a pain, I have an Android so I'll just black list the number. Simple.

Keep calling to try to collect on my deceased wife's separate out-of-statute debt.  They love to prey on people who don't know the law.  ALWAYS call it "alleged" debt.  If you acknowledge in any way that you are responsible for the debt the clock restarts in some jurisdictions.  Know your rights!

If you live in another state other than Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin, you are not legally responsible for your deceased wife's debts.

Send them a letter and demand they stop calling,
