For once a call that is not related to a scam. My husband and I were selected with a chance to win $25,000. It was such an honor to be a part of this give a way. We did not win the $25,000 however the gift package we received is remarkable.

    Thanks for calling.

Now I am really wondering why all of these good and very happy people, are coming for no reason at all,  to this board to scream out in excitement that a scam does not exist.  I could be wrong but....BullSHist.

Hmmmmm maybe because they really are happy...(just a thought right). I received the same call, name wasn't Pierre however, it was Janet...but Listen...if you attend one of these shindigs I hope you're smart enough to know the average person isn't walking away with 25k, but if you own a company and your serious about selling your product, you'd know the best way to sell is face-to-face. Sure they want you to come out and sit thru their drawn out spill but chances are you're gonna walk away with a vacation and oh wait...a chance to actually fly away somewhere and relax. So maybe people actually are happy, because they had enough brain to know yea there going to try and sell me something but for a paid vaca its worthwhile. I attended a Direct Buy spill, and for what their charging for furniture, its definitely worth the time to check them out...great deals!

Received a call from Pierre about a $25K give-a-way that I entered. Male Bovine Excrement! I do not enter give-a-ways because the scheisters put your email and phone number on marketing lists. I do, however, report the unsolicited and unwanted calls to the Attorney General of the State of Indiana. I know that he checks out the information and does something about it. Excuse me while I go file a report.

Pierre must be busy these days giving everyone $25,000 as he slurs the name of the Big Giveaway. He should probably get married to Rachel at Card Services and they could both pester Senior Citizens every night with the FBI Scare Report. They could run their operation out of Bozeman, Montana; Pig, Kentucky; Tempe, Arizona, etc. and the federal government would never track these nuisance calls and do something about them! We should change the DNC (Do Not Call List) to DNCEN (Dumb Nuisance Calls Every Night) because these people still manage to get by with calling.

    Yeah,

I got the call too.  Pierre telling me he was from the awards notification center and to call back about the $25,000 prize from the contest I entered "some time ago".  The funny thing is, I don't remember entering any contest, and i guarantee when I call back, before they offer me the offer to come to their presentation they will ask if I am married, when I tell them I am separated, they will tell me that both me and good ole hubby must attend together.  So as much as I would love to sit through the stupid presentation just to get the free vaca... I bet it's not even an option for me.....

Call from 312-262-0024 on 8/22, left message his name was Pierre and was calling with an awards notification for a prize of $25,000 from a contest I entered last year and for me to call 855-841-6089 and
yelled congratulations!!   I called back on 8/23 and Pierre was out but she could help me.  Said it was for a home improvement contest of $25,000 or cash prize.  She said she needed to verify my information and I ask her if she thought she was going to get my social she was mistaken.  She then said no, she needed more information for the next drawing.  I asked her so guess I didn't win?  She then said yes I did, my name was pulled out of first drawing.  Then told her that I was not interested and she sounded disappointed and confused that I would not want $25,000.  Told her good bye and hung up.

Pierre called from 312-377-0165 with an award notification of $25K.  To claim my award, I had to call 855-841-6089.

at worst this is a complete scam; at best this is a gross misrepresentation of fact. con artists dont need your ssn to run your credit or begin the process of stealing your identity. all they need is your name and address; anything else you provide is juicy steak. dont give any information whatsoever.

Yes. A number of these "I won a wonderful prize" sound phony, fake, and planted by the scammers.

Received a phone message 8/29/13 from the "Prize Notification Dept." saying we had entered a $25,000 drawing "some time back" and to call 855-841-6089.  The caller ID unit showed "Chicago, IL 312-625-1402."  We don't recall entering a drawing for that much money and won't return the call. Will likely block this number.

Received voice mail message from Pierre in the "Awards Department" on 8/28/13. Well, please tell me... "Award's Department" for who and where, eh Pierre?. I'm supposed to call 1-855-841-6089.
Anyway, some thing about $25,000 for drawing "I'd entered some time ago", same as others have said. I have no recollection.
Thanks for this site. I think Pierre won't be getting a call from me.

I got a call today 8/31 from Peter ( I guess that would be Pierre in french) from the "award notification center". Peter left a message that I entered a drawing for $25,000 "sometime back within the last year" (sure took long to call me).  I don't remember entering any drawing and since "Peter" does not say when I entered and what I entered it for and who is giving away the $25,000....does not sound right to me.   I never call back these numbers and I never give out information over the phone....they want info they better send it in writing so I can verify.  My ID said DISTRIBUTION CENTER and the number 312 625-9717 although "Peter" was calling from 855-841-6089.   I will not call back....if I did win $25,000. I would have received some kind of certified mail saying that  I AM A WINNER and how to claim my money...................................yeah right!   These people don't give up...I guess I will just block both numbers.

I received a similar call from "Pierre" on 8/29/13 and when I called back there was no answer which prompted me to look the number up on Google.  Another scam!

I too received a call from Pierre on 8/31/13 @12 noon.  My caller ID said 708-536-1047.  The message left on my answering machine was just like the others.  I was to call 1-855-841-6089 to claim my $25K prize.   I will NOT be calling Pierre anytime soon!  Thanks.
