is this a fake call...Ive been reading up on this about harrassment calls and false summons

We started to get this call today too, asking for home information regarding papers that need a signature.  Looking for a way to block this....

I received a call from this number and I was told that I was not to leave my house that I was to be "served Some papers" or they would show up where I worked  they had all of my personal information they also called my mothers house and told her that she could not leave her house and that they would then go to her place of employment to look for me.  They won't tell me what it's about when I ask.

I am getting calls, too! They hung up on me and said that they were serving me, too. The company name was IAG, but some courier is coming to find me and I should call my attorney. When you call then, they want you to verify the last four digits of your social security number when you call them to find out what it is about. I told them no, so they refused to tell me anything. I gave the the last four digits and cussed and they told me to have my attorney call them and hung up on me. I would love to know what this is about.

I reported to them to the Attorney General who contacted me and told me that if they contact me again to tell them that I know that they are a scam and that they are being investigated.
