    Caller ID said "TLK GROUP" calling on behalf of Comcast because I recently downgraded my service. She asked my reason and whether I was interested in any other Comcast services. I firmly said I wasn't and she politely ended the call telling me to call 1-800-XFINITY if I changed my mind or had questions.

    I cancelled Comcast a week ago. Since then, I've gotten 36 calls from what my Caller ID shows as Comcast 1-800-266-2278. Yesterday, they apparently realized I wasn't going to pick up so they started all over again with 800-849-4254, which shows on my Caller ID as TLK Group, an independent national call center, whose largest account is....yep, Comcast.
